So I purchased a headlamp in February…

So I purchased a headlamp in February 2024 and it seems the battery pack has developed a fault. They offer a 4 year warranty so I contacted the company 2 days ago explaining the issue and am yet to receive a response which is disappointing. It's a pity since the product has performed very well until now. 2 stars I'm afraid overall unless the customer support improves 😐
Update: Dec '25. Now promised a battery pack replacement which is good news! Will update again when it finally arrives.
