We went to Lucianos in Woking and as I’m in power chair I need a fair amount of room and there was 5 of us in our party. But the lovely Elise looked after us and gave us a brilliant table with lots of room and both the service and the food was absolutely superb.
Elise went above and beyond to make sure all our questions were answered and we will definitely visit again.
Been 3 times now. First time was a day or 2 after it first opened and the food was very good and the service excellent. Went again a couple of months later and the food quality had dropped quite badly but the service was OK. Went again last night and the food was really quite awful and the service dreadful.
Basically, it's pasta you could get out of a tin and sullen, angry service - all for £100. Never again.
