The exchange and return process is excellent! I had to exchange for a different size and also wanted to change the color, and I was able to do it very easily and quickly — in less than a week I had the new garment at home.

The qualty of the cloches, the professionnalisme of the team

I had ordered two items from LF on my initial purchase. The brushed cotton shirt was considerably heavier than expected. I boxed it up on 10/03/25 and dropped it off at the local UPS store. My refund came through on 10/08/25. After the refund, I opted for a light weight cotton poplin shirt. It hasn’t arrived yet, but I am willing to write a review when it does.

Team in the shop were very helpful. I have met LC in Milano, and found textile, stiches and designs perfect. My son loves FC so there fore he ordered two cashmere from me. Some of the item prices too much in high end but some of the items quite suitable.

Chelsea Dog Day… At Luca Faloni was a lovely shop laid out but if I am totally honest my treatment while being there was not pleasant at all; firstly there was a queuing system that was written on paper with a clipboard it’s 2025 something more professional should of been in place for a store that is selling £895 sweaters using paper clipboards as a queuing device it beyond my understanding. Also I would like to point out that I totally felt racial bias towards me and my pet as I saw 4 customers who didn’t purchase anything or even get a free cappuccino asked a cashier where do I go for the free photo and just like that they went upstairs and enjoyed there experience also, I also noticed that the photographer only took 3 poses of my dog and other dogs she was taking more than 3 pictures/poses as it doesn’t take 1 hour and 20 mins to take a few photos from this experience I can honestly say I was racially profiled for the entire time.

Only 3 of your staff’s actual was kind and engaging with me at all times but not any of the others.

Ordered a cashmere full zip. Slightly too slim for me so returned it and bought larger size. The return of the sweater and money back was done so fast and so smooth. The new sweater arrived the next day.

The sweater itself fits and feels amazing. Have a couple of cashmere sweaters from other brands, but this one have close to zero piling. Just overall great experience on all parts
