Thank you so much for all your help with the flight problems we experienced travelling to the USA for a convention earlier this year.
It’s easy to provide good customer service when everything goes according to plan, but you showed true value when our recent trip turned into a bit of a nightmare.
We were traveling from Manchester to Charlotte, a journey that ultimately took us an extra two days to complete due to three separate flight cancellations. At our lowest point, we were stranded overnight, sleeping on the benches in Chicago Airport! It was an incredibly exhausting and stressful experience, but you were an absolute superstar throughout the entire ordeal. You were constantly available, working relentlessly to navigate the cancellations, get us re-booked, and keep us updated while we were stuck in transit.
I would be more than happy to recommend your services to anyone planning a getaway—whether it’s a weekend break or a holiday of a lifetime.

Abu Dhabi Birthday Trip

I used Laura for my recent trip to Abu Dhabi for my 20th birthday.

She went above and beyond with assisting me throughout the whole process, flights, transfers and hotels were all organised and it made the trip really smooth!

We've used Laura a few times now, and she's our first port of call when booking a holiday. I usually travel with my husband, and my mum & dad (who have special requests and requirements that Laura always accommodates). She always picks up the phone and makes the process stress free and easy. She included some complimentary airport lounge passes for us, which was such a lovely treat, and she mentioned to the hotel that we were on holiday for my birthday, so they could make it extra special for me. We have just returned from our family holiday to Charlestown, Cornwall.

We are so pleased that Laura at LT Naviscapes looked after us in booking this holiday. The house was amazing and met our requirements perfectly. The location made the holiday, set in an ancient harbour and a world heritage site, it was picturesque, quaint and by the sea. With a family of 4 it was the perfect location to go out on an evening with more restaurants that we could walk to than we had days in the week.

We had a fantastic time in Cornwall and we would definitely return to Charlestown and stay in the same house.

Laura helped me plan a 2 week trip to Vietnam with care and professionalism. Working with very little information from me, she compiled and planned a fantastic itinerary for my wife and me to use on our trip. I'd have no hesitation in recommending LT Naviscapes to friends and family.

Laura at LT Naviscapes helped my friend and I find a great hotel in Lucerne, Switzerland, within a budget we set out, and it was absolutely fantastic! Laura helped us book and negotiate a balcony room with lake views and the view was breathtaking, making the stay so much more special. She advised on extra things like the country’s tourist tax and travel in the area, things we might not have known about. I’d highly recommend the company for finding and booking holidays, as they know how to find good deals and are on hand for advice along the way.

If you're looking for a holiday I couldn't recommend Laura @LT.Naviscape enough, her attention to detail is amazing, I didn't really know what type of holiday I wanted but after a few questions, she was able to source a good package for me and my partner, not only did she source our holiday, she literally took care of everything from seat allocation to flight check in.

Laura was so attentive, I can be an anxious traveller asking a lot of questions but Laura put me at ease and answered every question I had regarding the holiday.

Overall a great family holiday experience.

Beautiful resort and great accommodation. For me though what made it stress free was how everything fell into place. A crowded airport in Corfu was easily escaped with private transfers and our own family coach was waiting for us. Luggage and kids quickly into transport and off we went. The concierge was great, but when we struggled with certain aspects or facilities Laura our personal travel agent quickly emailed or rang and everything fell into place. The whole point of escaping abroad is to relax and get rid of stress. Going through Lt Naviscapes and especially Laura was the best choice for this reason alone.

I cannot recommend ltnaviscapes highly enough - Laura sought out the perfect holiday for us; tailored exactly to suit our wishes in Sorrento. She researched destinations, compared hotels and flight times - created a personal itinerary and even checked us in so all we had to do was turn up! The hotel was the cleanest place I have ever stayed, the local cuisine was incredible and the location was fantastic. Perfect for boat trips to Capri, exploring the beautiful coast and wandering around the delightful streets of Sorrento.
