No Tickets Received
Booked tickets online and never received a confirmation email. Tickets also did not load onto the app.
No way to contact them by email or phone. Instead you are forced to submit a contact form. As tickets were booked 3 days before the event, time was very tight.
I did not get a response to my enquiry and in the end could not attend as I had not received my tickets.
Finally, I found an email address to ask for a refund which was answered quite quickly to advise that tickets were non refundable and that I could have transferred my ticket to someone else if I was unable to go myself. Yes...if I had only received it in the first place.
I asked my bank to intervene and they engaged the charge back option.
I had also booked train tickets, a cost which I have to bear short of going through the small claims court.
A total shambles. I will never book with them again.
A professional association looks different. If I were this crap at my job, I'd be sacked.

As with othere only 1 star to enable a post. App constantly glitching so ages to load any information-very worrying as dire warnings about it being the only way to get your (expensive) tickets. No ability to take a screenshot due to 'security' in contrast to Wimbledon which advises a screen shot. Absolutely no information re timings for each event but loads of useless drivel re sponsors. FAQ page or contact us sends you around in a circle. How to mess up what was a perfectly good and easy system into a nightmare of worry.
Great web-site and ticket app
Bought 4 ground passes to take my kids to Queen’s and incredibly quick and easy process to buy the tickets and then download the LTA Courtside app.
Can't access tickets I have paid for
Have paid (a lot) for tickets to Eastbourne in six days time and I am still trying to get into the Tickets page on the LTA Courtside app. All other pages work fine. I emailed them several days ago and still no reply. I see others are having the same issue - anyone fancy joining me in seeing if the media are interested in running a piece about it?
Bought two tickets for Sunday…
Bought two tickets for Sunday Eastbourne via their wonderful app, took my money very quickly, now when I refresh the tickets are not there. Like other almost impossible to contact, but you can a lot about their DEI and Environment policies, but you can't send an email saying please send me my tickets...or my money back....
A dismal experience trying to get my tickets
One star to allow a post. As per so many others why have they made this such an impossible experience.
E mailed LTA that my phone would not allow me to down load app despite being only 7 years old only to get a reply confirming my tickets were ready and I just needed to download the app..... if that's AI so many jobs will safe in the future. Previous app worked well if it ain't broke.....
What a piece of junk
What a piece of junk. You have to download this if you have a ticket but the app itself is useless. The scores part doesn’t work, can’t find order of play for tomorrow. Why not just email tickets as theatres and other organisers do and scrap this rubbish? The old app was great - if it’s not broken don’t fix it. I’ll be binning the app after my visit to Queen’s tomorrow

Can't load our tickets. The app just shows an error. It's impossible to get help. In fact it's easier to win Wimbledon than find a number to call. Have wasted hours on this useless piece of £^&@
Awful customer service
Awful customer service. Not a single phone number to call. Had an issue with my email when I purchased tickets for Queens back in November. Contacted them immediately and they still haven't resolved it now in June. A totally stressful experience.
This is appalling
This is appalling. In order to simply buy a ticket to see a tennis match you have to sign up to all kinds of accounts, download apps, give over all kinds of personal information and be treated as if you're planning to enter Wimbledon in a couple of years. In the time I've wasted creating passwords, downloading crap, etc, all the British players will have been knocked out. I JUST WANT TO BUY A TICKET.

Worst customer service. They have decided to put all tickets on the LTA courtside app which requires a username. It appears I have no username. No way of contacting them in a way in which it is possible to get a response. So that’s a waste of money buying tickets for events I cannot go to now since I can’t access my tickets

Stansted Airport Meet & Greet Parking
I received £100 parking ticket for an offence whilst my vehicle was in their ‘secure’ possession and I was still away.
Company accepted liability, apologised for a ‘operational’ error, and promised to pay within 14 days.
Needless to say 8 months later I am still waiting. Company refuses to answer any calls or messages. DO NOT use this company. ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS.

This is a review of the Lawn Tennis Association Ticket customer service. DO NOT TRUST EMAILS FROM THESE PEOPLE . They are designed to make you purchase additional tickets which are then "non refundable" I made one order for tickets and received confirmation. 15 minutes later I received an order saying my order was unsuccessful. I had not made any further attempts to buy tickets and so assumed the order I had made was the one in question however it transpires the email made reference to some other order number (why would I check?) and so once I'd made a new order I had 2 transactions appearing on my account. I asked for one to be refunded as it had failed and was told, "tickets are non-refundable and you weren't charged for order..... Long story short, after a number of emails I am getting nowhere other than keep being told that I had not been charged for the phantom order. I am going to ask my credit card co to go through the chargeback process. This is bordering on fraud.

The LTA website seems to be designed to confuse and frustrate ppl who want to contact them. Even if you are lucky enough to find the enquiry form which is buried in the site and not al all obvious (no email or phone contacts), you will get a cheery 'We are on it' message and then...nothing. Embarrassing.
This company is a scam
This company is a scam! Dreadful customer service. Parked my car, paid in full but then had to pay an additional £20 to get in and out of the car park! They told me 40 minutes to get my car back and then when I get in the range had decreased by 70 miles so had to charge to get home! So much for meet and greet! Never again!
I tried to buy 2 tickets for Queens but…
I tried to buy 2 tickets for Queens but the website said my order was timed out. Undeterred I bought 2 more only to then find both orders went through. I tried to cancel one order but because I hadn’t ordered insurance the LTA said I couldn’t. Even though it was the system’s fault. I found the LTA extremely unhelpful, with a lack of understanding and empathy. Rubbish system, rubbish experience and paid a £10 booking fee twice to add insult to injury. And good luck if you need an answer quickly!
Get your act together LTA.
The LTA web site for ticket sales must be the worst web site in the history of web sites, impenetrable, confusing, with no ability to change or cancel orders if you make a mistake. I am a member of the LTA and am ashamed of this utter incompetence. If the LTA cannot get their act together why not sub out to Ticketmaster. I am sure even giving them a cut they would make more money and not leave customers alienated.
TLTA websites and systems to buy tickets are useless
The LTA is running major tennis events in the UK. Why on earth can they not get their systems right when it comes to buying tickets for Eastbourne? The website points you to Help & Support yet there is o email address, form to fill iin, or TELEPHONE number which everyone wants. It took over an hour to finally buy tickets for 2025 Eastbourne, and then I find out I have been charged for 2 different sets of tickets on the same day. That's OK I paid for Cancellation. EXCEPT nowhere does it say what to do when you have to cancel, for the reason that their website is hopeless and times you out just as you are about to pay). NOW HOW CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK on the tickets I don't want. Why did I pay for Cancellation to find that Cancel is a word they just do not use.
