I ordered some shoes on here on the 15th of November, thinking it will be more than enough time for it to arrive for Christmas as it was a present. I have tried contacting through emails, website and instagram and had no contact whatsoever and its only a few days till 2024. Very upset with this, do not buy from this site - they will take your money and waste your time. Haven't even received a tracking number yet from Royal Mail meaning they haven't even shipped it out yet, over a month later. Save your money and time, its a scam.

Update: Its January 10th - still not received or been contacted. ITS A SCAM.

Still waiting for delivery and won't answer any messages

Do not book with this company ordered on the 23rd October and still nothing I’ve had to raise a dispute with my bank as after 14 emails demanding my money back as it was for a birthday present they have now decided to ignore me! Sent me a tracking number but it’s useless first told me it’s through Royal Mail now parcel force and the tracking number shows china why is it being sent from
China if your based in London they responded they get their international team to check the order what so your telling me you send it to China for them to send it back to me in the UK what a load of crap 100% scam hopefully my bank helps otherwise that’s £170 out of pocket

Been waiting 2 weeks for item Royal Mail tracking been saying one week waiting for sender to send expecting delivery any other company would b looking into this and either othering money bk or sending another item next day special delivery very slow in replies gettin no we’re at all it doesn’t takwc2 weeks to still b waiting for Royal Mail delivery wanted to order lots more stuff but has now put me off ordering my boy is not gonna get his birthday gift they don’t seem to care at al bout the wete abouts of theirs delivery

I believe this to be a scam, ordered 19/10 item supposedly sent via Royal Mail in 48hr delivery. Not yet received by Royal Mail. How do these people sleep at night! Wish I’d read reviews before ordering

Writing the review as still waiting for my order placed a week ago. So my review is that processing the order is slow!!
Order way in advance otherwise you may be disappointed.

I recently purchased a pair of shoes from this company and I am very pleased with the quality and packaging. The shoes arrived in perfect condition and the communication with the company was excellent. They answered all my questions quickly and were very helpful. I am very satisfied with my purchase and would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for quality shoes and great customer service.

Awful avoid !!!! I placed an order for a trapstar bag on 8th August. Waited over a week for a dispatch notice and this was only because I emailed them . They came back with a very apologetic email and tracking number. This tracking info still says waiting for seller to dispatch!!! I have emailed and emailed and heard nothing back . A very disappointed son on his birthday and hard earned money gone !!

FAKE !!! SCAMMERS!! Bought £200 trapstar tracksuit for my son recieved from china not uk! Asked for authentic receipt as it says on website- after 4 days recieved a parcelforce tracking number! Explained this is not a authentication receipt and will report them , told me not to threaten a company- now being ignored. Absolutely Disgusting this company is scamming people out of hundreds! Wish I’d seen these reviews on trust pilot under lsp central and London sneaks!! My son is devastated as was birthday present. Will be going to crime stoppers /trading standards and everywhere I can to try get these lying scammers closed down. If the company wants to reply do so with the genuine authenticity receipt as all you sent was a tracking number!! £200 I want refunded! Avoid this company do not be ripped off!!

Fake goods and a Fake company.

Despite a very convincing website and social media presence all you will receive is fake goods shipped from china. Dubious and contradictory terms and conditions and an inability to contact the customer.
if you want fakes buy them that's fine but don't pay full retail for them. look at the reviews for London sneaks on trust pilot you will not believe how many poor reviews there are. How funny they complain I left a bad review. Absolute fraudsters 😂😂😂😂

Worst place I’ve ever ordered from took about 3 months for my shoes to arrive they come from china and was fake

I ordered an item on the 3rd of April 2023. The order was supposed to be delivered within 4-7 working days. To date, ( 20th April 23) nothing has come through!. Customer service seems to respond with the same old messages! Not good enough. Excuses after Excuses! Not a happy customer!

I ordered Jordan 1 for my daughter and I was very pleased with the quality.I would have given 5 stars but delivery took longer than specified when I ordered,my parcel seemed to disappear for 3/4 days. I would order from this company again.

Fake trainers . Avoid !!!

FAKE do not buy from here items took 4 weeks to arrive packaging clearly from china with labels in Chinese tracksuit is faulty and poorly made stitching terrible £200 pounds wasted I want a full refund but there is no response from seller , surprise surprise !! Rip off con merchants DO NOT BUY from them

Scammers. They took my money and didn't send an order.

I am sad to say that I placed an order with this company as the website and Instagram pages looked good, the payment system is well known and they said everything was shipped from their London warehouse. The reality is that ten days after placing my order and having heard nothing (in spite of me contacting them and requesting expedited delivery), I did some further research and saw the shocking trust pilot reviews they’ve had. I contacted LSP again asking to cancel my order. They then processed my order and got back to me saying it had been processed so I couldn’t cancel. A week later I received a damaged box from China containing some fake trainers. Visually they are good fakes, but they are clearly fakes. I am now emailing back and forth trying to return the shoes for a refund. I will try to post an update on my experience when it is resolved.
