Beyond poor and incompetent

Update:

There was a delay by several months breaching your contract with the awarding organisation which I feel they are going to sanction you for, based on the communication I have had with them. It was miscommunication through your website, you display incorrect entry criteria, so it was misleading and mis-selling, not miscommunication. I strongly suggest you take some learning from this and register your learners within the 30 day period which you are obligated to with the awarding body. I also strongly suggest that you review your website asap and amend the entry requirement advice, as it is misleading and against the eligibility set by the awarding body, which is of course unprofessional of you. Thank you for agreeing to refund me the money, I am very upset I did not receive any form of apology though, this is disrespectful. You wasted months of my time, I have submitted and passed one unit, you are lucky I am not seeking legal advice to bring a claim in damages against you. From this experience I have learnt something, and that is to be careful of what companies I do business with. Yourselves in my opinion based on my experience makes a mockery of education and for what you have done in this case, you should hang your heads in shame and be disgraced.

Pervious:

I purchased Level 5 Diploma in Law. The incorrect entry requirements were advertised. The Awarding body (Qualifi) will not register me for the course. LSIB 6 months later have not registered me with the awarding body despite it been a 30 day requirement to do so. Simply they have took my money and provided ill guidance and support. The learning materials and tutor support is shiocking, they provided me incorrect assignment briefs and no offer of any tutor support. They also failed to provide me with the benchmarks on how the Pass, Merit and Distinction criteria is graded, I had to obtain this from the awarding body when I complained about them as I complained to the LSIB but they are incapable to answering complaints. I have received very basic feedback despite submitting detailed essays of thousands of words. I would not recommend this company, they in my opinion make a mockery of Education.

Stressful waste of money

This has to be the most stressful learning experience I have ever come across. They pass your assignments on to plagiarism checkers who do not have the ability to distinguish the bibliography from the rest of the work, and then fail you for exceeding the plagiarism levels. There is nobody competent to resolve this and you chase for weeks to get to through. This has been an expensive mistake for me. They are also not honest in responding to reviews. They claim that you can contact them to resolve things but all calls go to receptionists with no idea about the academic issues. They do not have an internal complaints process either!

The study material and resources doesn't work

Very bad customer support.
I am currently enrolling in Level 7 Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management (6 Months Fast Track Mode)
With installment plan. I have already submitted my documents including Identity Card, Qualifications, PP size photos and all. The study materials and resources link doesn't work. It directs to to the websites that says 'service not available'.
When I enquired about the course they were sending multiple advertisment for courses and payment links. But now that I have paid my first installment I couldn't open links.
I already wrote tens of email to admin and customer support but no response yet. Customer support says to email admin support then the admin team doesn't respond at all.
Please do something.

Faith restored after a rocky start

Update: well, after a rocky start my faith is restored. I was finally contacted today by Amrita, from LSIB, she saw that there was an actual problem with my links to the study materials, the pdfs, and my online page course. She told me that she would take care of it and send me the links. She answered all my questions and provided me with the information on how to contact my tutor by email and phone. I hope my online page will be fixed soon. So for now I update my review form 1 star to 5 stars. Thank you.

I'm enrolled for my accelerated bachelor's program in July 2020. To be honest, at first I didn't trust LSIB, I even thought I would get ripped off because I saw some negative reviews...

2 years have passed very quickly and I received my OTHM level 4 and 5 qualifications as well as my final year offer from Arden University in August this year, which makes me feel very proud and sincerely grateful to LSIB.

Amrita was friendly and professional and when the London Graduate School cancelled their contract with the University of Chichester, they reached out to me and sought an alternative solution rather than avoiding responsibility.

I sincerely recommend LSIB, this is not a scam and I can assure you that I am not click farming.

The only thing is that the tuition fees on their website are different from what the admissions assistant said, and I still haven't figured out what is going on.

I completed my Level 7 Diploma in…

I completed my Level 7 Diploma in Accounting and Finance. My qualification from OTHM through LSIB, two months ago but still until today i didn't receive my diploma and each time I send email or what's up only get reply ' we will surely send you the diploma soon ' I finish this course due to my own hard work and no support or interaction from this company. Most of the time when i finish my assignment and send it to them and after sending many emails asking for my results . they back to me asking to submit it but i already did that. there are no communications between the staff ( Most of time they don't even know if you submit your assignment or not).
I paid nearly £1200 and I spent 1 year and half to finish my course due to my full-time job and family. I deserve to receive my diploma after all.

I am led to believe these positive reviews are either fake and paid for or these people never took on a course

I completed my PGDip and have recieved…

I completed my PGDip and have recieved my qualification from OTHM through LSIB, due to my own hard work and no support or interaction from this company.

I am led to believe these positive reviews are either fake and paid for or these people never took on a course.

There is no tutor, no comments on work submitted, no answer to specific subject based questions just the same cut and paste answers from the Admin email. The phone never rings and the WhatsApp is ignored, though they keep sending promotion to buy more courses.
I completed my first degree with the open University so have a good idea of what a distant learning course provision should be like.
I learned, as i kept high standards of personal research to answer the assignment outcomes. My course benefited me because of what I put in but I almost lost my mind a few times wondering if I'd even get the qualification at the end because of how much of a scam it felt like.

Avoid at all cost!!

At London School of International Business we take pride in providing our students with unparalleled support. It is unfortunate that you are not satisfied with our services.

You completed your programme in the year 2021.

The programme comes with Progressive study materials, Online digital Library, External study links / Websites, Sample Reference Assignments, Comprehensive tutor support via live chat, email and WhatsApp call.

Annually, we serve over 17000 students from almost all parts of the world and have over 250 qualifications which are delivered fully online.

You enrolled into our 9-month diploma course in the month of November 2019 and sought extension in between to complete it by March 2021. You received your certificate in the month of August, 2021.

As you are aware, that COVID-19 Pandemic affected the usual working for most part of 2020 and first half of 2021.

We were in a situation where we opened our offices number of times in between and had to close the office suddenly and switch to "work from home" mode. We also had some of our staff members reporting sick and hospitalised, resulting in some part of the documents / materials left in office computers/ servers and some part being carried by the staff members to home.

This was a new normal which we had to deal with just like other business worldwide.

We, however tried our best to ensure that our students are not affected in spite of the issues.

I hope you understand that the situation led to some chaos and confusion which was unavoidable. Still, I would like to apologise on behalf of all of us at London School of International Business for the inconvenience.
