Got sent an email saying I had a no deposit bonus waiting for me. No such bonus existed. Was told the email was merely informational and no proof of elegibility.

I pointed out it failed at informing me of anything.

Was told that they reserve the right to draw back any bets, any bonus and and amount of credit.

This casino reserves the right to take away your money if deposited.

First of all, this is fake platform, my friends tried to sign up account and when they signed up , after half hour account would be locked, when someone contact through chat agent, they said authority decision to remove your account, if someone ask, on what ground you did, they said its secret. I have already read these type of comments on Trust Pilot but when i signed up i faced same things, My friends are from other provinces and i am on the other part but still same account locked issue. I would like to say the people to not waste their times here, this is totally disgusting, they dont have answer except authority decision.

Can't connect half the time repeatedly asking to sign in when I've already signed in worst betting app I have ever used by a mile.

I deposited money with visa. And whaen I wanted to withdraw the money, it didnt't have an option to withdraw it to visa, so I tried to withdraw it to skrill. It said that my request is being processed. And then I asked support for help, and then once i clicked on the link they sent me, they locked my account.

I've played quite a few casino sites in the past and this one has to be the outright WORSE !
They set their payback to the utmost least payback so you end up losing , losing, losing with the rare nice win.

A fraudulent company. I opened an account and made a deposit. A day later, they closed the account. When I contacted support, he said, “I am a company that has the right to close any account without the client’s objection.”

They breach responsible gambling and does not close your account as requested (they claim they do but they did not) and lets you play, deposit and keep the account open even thought it should be obviously closed as requested. They do not reply in your emails after you claim the issue and start asking reason why. They do not refund deposits. They just simply ignore you. So beware of this issue they have.
