i had to cancel my order and it went smoothly with great understanding.

Great packaging! The item arrived in perfect condition. However the right of the touchscreen did not function correctly. The display works and shows image, but the touchscreen does not work for the right side. I don't use it at all but it is not good to have some thing not work that I paid for.

I must admit I was a little skeptical of LPScreen when I first came across them. I had been quoted nearly £900 to repair a broken screen by Asus and this online shop was selling a replacement screen for under £200.

However their service has been brilliant. They helped me identify the correct screen and made sure it was the right one by sending pictures before shipping. It arrived in approx. 1 week to the UK, well packaged. I now have a fully working replacement Optronics screen in my laptop (i.e. a genuine screen). For a fraction of the price quoted to me by my laptop manufacturer.

Wouldnt hesitate to recommend!

Good quality product, everything as described. I replaced an OLED screen that broke on my laptop. The store had the exact same in stock. Works so far after 1 month.

Part was correct and is working as intended.

Everything shows I ordered a NH173H6-L02 and I instead received a LP173WF1. They basically have the same specs and it is compatible with the laptop, but I will do everything in my power not to shop with LPScreen anymore. This screen has a +100 to contrast ratio, but sacrificed the viewing angle. I specifically wanted those specs with the L02's viewing angle. No one contacted me or anything and someone just decided I would want this one instead.....I waited close to 2 months to receive this.

It took a bit consedering it came all the way to China, but it came in perfect condition!

shortly after placing my order for a LCD screen for my laptop, the company emailed me to obtain more specific information of the device and photo. Order was mailed to a U.S. address but was returned due to shipping issue. My account was credited right away.
Because this was the only company where I could find the screen, it was important that I received it, so I was advised to re-order, which I did. The company worked with me to have the screen sent to me by DHL, and communicated with me back and forth at odd hours due to time difference to ensure a smooth process. DHL delivered to my office within days. They were more professional and helpful that the computer dealers and manufacturer. If I ever need any product they provide, I will not hesitate to to contact them and I highly recommend LPScreen. The best

Edit--Thanks for the reply. I run an electronics repair company. The problem was not a lack of professional installation ability. The problem was that this screen was listed as being a touch screen.
Then four days after ordering, we received an email asking for more money if we wanted the part listed on the site. When we expressed concern about this communication, the company canceled our order.
We are happy to have the money back and very disappointed by the communication from the company.

Very happy with the service. I received the panel with plenty of padding inside and was well packaged.
The only problem I had was that the panel had a different pitch (0.4 mm) than the original that came with the laptop (0.5 mm). When I told customer service about this, they shipped another compatible panel the following day with no questions asked.
