I was disappointed with my experience at LPO&Law. Communication was consistently delayed, and I frequently found myself having to follow up to receive updates. I felt that the service provided lacked the depth and personalization I expected for the price point.
In my opinion, the fees were quite high relative to the value received. Given the pace and nature of the advice, I believe I could have achieved a more efficient and cost-effective result by utilizing an ML-based legal model for initial guidance and document review. Ultimately, the firm did not provide the competitive edge I was looking for.
