If we cannot get you to “yes!” the first time, we will work with you to guide and inform you on what needs to happen so we can be there for you in the future. We’ll provide the steps necessary to make your needs and desires a reality. Loan officer’s review your credit report history, but never see your credit score. This is because LPI Loans does not approve or deny an application based on a number. However, we do report to the credit bureau to help you build and/or re-establish credit… bonus! "It has always been a great experience with the Cedar Rapids branch. They always do what’s best for the customer and go out they way to provide support. This is a group of people that when you are in a bind they help like actually help you get the funds you need to go forward.
