From my first enquiry as a total novice to LPAs

I found Michelle very helpful and patient at explaining everything I needed to be made aware of in layman’s terms .
Michelle was very knowledgable and knew the answers to all of my questions , without a hint of hesitation .
That instilled the confidence I needed to proceed .

Michelle was well versed and was able to relay to me things I simply had no idea about . Or questions i would not have thought to even ask .

Michelle had the most friendly, welcoming tone , and was extremely professional .

I was extremely aware I needed to get this right , as I was arranging LPAs on behalf of 3 people .

Therefore I did make several calls to make sure I understood everything 100% .

The secretary was also equally helpful, friendly, patient, and answered my queries as I presented them.
The agent we had come to the house to do the paper work was the same .

Like a well oiled machine everything worked like clockwork .

Of course we are awaiting the final paperwork , but I foresee no problems . I have every confidence if anything unduly crops up with our applications , this company will endeavour to rectify them in the very professional and prompt manner I have experienced thus far .

John was very friendly and helpful during his visit here at my mums home and we have so far been very happy with the service although we haven't received any of the power of attorney documents and haven't heard anything since our meeting however we were told that this could take up to 12 weeks to finalise.

Waiting for the LPAs to arrive. Have to say the service was excellent from LpaNow. Absolutely no difficulty. Home visit a massive help, especially when you're over 80!! Recommended.
