I am writing this review to express my deep frustration with Lozenda Fashion. I placed an order for a dress eight days ago, and despite the website stating a delivery time of 5 business days, my package has not arrived.
Currently, the tracking status shows that the "shipping label has been created," but the order hasn't moved at all in days. It seems the package hasn't even been handed over to the courier.
To make matters worse, their customer service is non-existent. I have tried contacting them via email to resolve this issue, but I have received no response. It is incredibly unprofessional to ignore paying customers after failing to meet your own delivery guarantees.
I would advise others to be cautious before ordering. I am still waiting for my dress or at least a simple update on my order status.

I have bought a pair of boots and would like to return them. Have written twice and haven’t heard from Them. Scam! Have to return the boots within two weeks, to get my money back, but when they won’t write me back, how to return them, I’m stück with boots I can’t use 😤

I first contacted the company on April 19 to request a return, but their website incorrectly showed my package as still “in delivery,” making it impossible to start the return process.

Their website clearly states: “Not satisfied? Refund guaranteed.”

After my review, they replied publicly and requested photos, which I provided immediately. However, I still have not received any clear return instructions or refund confirmation.

Despite multiple emails, the issue remains unresolved.

As no concrete solution has been provided, I am now proceeding with a chargeback through my bank for my order
I am still willing to return the items if proper return instructions are finally provided

I recently bought the shoes from their website, and had to wait 2 weeks on shipping because they were apparently stationed in chins, even though it says netherlands. Quality is terrible and not at all the same as it looks like on the website, and the shoes are way too small.

Shocking customer service. Dress arrived not true to size. Fits 3 times bigger. Asked twice to return it. NO REPLY!!

Ordered a Mansted knitted jumper. Never got the confirmation or the jumper and Lozenda Fashion has withdrawn the money from my account.

This company should be avoided at all costs. They fraudulently masquerade as a dutch company that are in fact chinese. The quality of their fabric is horrendous with fake photographs. They didn't want to give me a refund only offering me a credit note of 15%. I successfully got a full refund with the interventions of REVOLUTE

Actually, the Shop is not so bad. It is a low priced clothing, therefore maybe quality of fabrics a bit lower too but overall quality of clothing is ok. Attention: returning items is not a real option, so chose your size carefully. But the Shop offers fair credit or free shipment in case of real problems. Not so bad!

The size i ordered for my husband didn't fit and the customer service i received was excellent. A bigger size was sent to me almost immediately.

Do not order from this website. The items are nothing like what is advertised. I order a jumpsuit which was clearly taken and used from a boutique called Made for Jessica and the item i received looked nothing like the photo on the website. The company are now refusing to issue me a refund and have asked me to accept 15 % of the full value which is £6.50! Absolutely
Outrageous, They refusing to issue me a refund for an item which is falsely advertised, cheaply made and over priced for the quality. Avoid!!!

Terrible people who claims their based from “Netherlands” but without valid proof. I ordered 2 pairs of tracksuits expecting well quality. The next thing that happened when I opened it was that the clothes were cheap and bad quality nothing like European, the quality does not feel compared to its price. I think it’s so disgusting what they’re doing to clueless people who doesn’t think twice. Another important point is that they clearly won’t help you with refunds and when you do submit refunds they’ll usually say send it to China. And that it’s not our problem but yours now. Keep away at all costs from them. Before their bots replies me that “I can understand your frustrated and so on” people just know these people are horrible, awful, filthy, money suckers.

The precision involved in the tailoring of these garments is remarkable. It is a robust and well-executed clothing line.

Ordered a tracksuit and what I got was terrible quality and a knock off brand I tried to explain this to the support team which isn't much of a team and we're no help, tracksuit cost over €60 and was on sale from over €120

Awful dresses. They came and the material was so cheap, then they tried not to give me a refund and it will cost £32 to send back from the uk! Don’t waste your money !

I received my dress the other day and it looks nothing like it is advertised, the material feels cheap and is see through was expecting much more from this dress as it looked different as it is perceived much better quality also was expecting more from a higher priced dress however it looks and feels like something off of shein this is false advertisement would not reccomend.

I ordered a pair of shoes and got confused with the continental sizes and ordered the wrong size but Lozenda Fashion never made an issue of it and very quickly sent me the correct size out keeping me in touch with where and when my new replacement shoes would arrive FANTASTIC SERVICE thankyou very much

Honestly, I didn’t expect this level of quality. Great finishing and very comfortable to wear.
