Great customer service!

Duane Davis and Joseph Andrews were both really helpful in walking us through the steps of refinancing our home. They were super friendly, professional, attentive to our request and helped us get the rate that we needed during the process. We were provided with great customer service and they helped to answer all of our questions and concerns. We would definitely recommend them to our friends and families. Thank you Duane and Joseph!

Everything went fairly smoothly

Everything went fairly smoothly. Everyone we delt with was friendly, kind and helpful. Especially Duane Davis. He was the best. Always willing to go the extra mile. My ONLY issue is that once or twice we were told one thing and something else happened. In the end we were able to refinance in a timely manner.

Loyalty Funding and Duane Davis were…

Loyalty Funding and Duane Davis were excellent to work with, particularly with our unusual situation. The company seeks "out of the box solutions" for customers that do not meet the "standard" mold. Duane and his team were very easy to access and they kept us in the loop throughout the process. The loan was closed very quickly with a minimum of issues, despite the pandemic. I highly recommend both Loyalty Funding and Duane Davis!

Everyone i talked with at Loyalty…

Everyone i talked with at Loyalty Funding was very helpful. If i had questions they were answered in a timely manner. I never felt I was out of the loop. If I been called by a company with such helpful people I would have refinanced before. Preston and Olga were both very understanding and helpful. I can truly say this was a great experience. Thanks to everyone who worked on my consolidation. I didn't think life could get any better but it has.

I was very happy with Keith Morton and…

I was very happy with Keith Morton and his professionalism and how he accomplished what he told he would do. I have had several people call me and promise me results, only to find out they couldn’t do what was promised.
Keith accomplished that and more. Thank you Keith. He even promised me the refinancing would be finalized before my vacation so I could enjoy myself.

Brandon is awesome!

When he says “my goal is to accomplish your goals” he wasn’t kidding. He set me up with the best financial situation for me to retire in my forever home! He was very professional and always stayed in touch with me, even after work hours. I’m very satisfied with my experience with Loyalty Funding. I wouldn’t have it any other way!

The staff was GREAT

The staff was GREAT - I dealt with Ms Jenny Janzen- earlier this year - she was very patience- helpful - knowledgeable and showed professionalism. She called back when she said she would always returned your call the same day. I felt very relaxed and felt like a friend not just a customer.
