quick reponse on CHAT

I struggled with email my concerns as the email address kept bouncing. I searched for the website and decided to use the Chat box. I was helped very fast with by escalation team to resolve the issue. This was followed up by Allero within an email. Thank you for a prompt response and resolving this issue

Good customer service

I’m Hilda, I encountered some problem yesterday and chatted immediately to the customer service. Received an email from customer service Ann a day after and explained everything well on how I will be able to resolve my issue.

Thank you very much! Although I accidentally subscribed to your website (it was my little daughter who subscribed without realizing it), I truly appreciate your quick response. I was able to cancel my membership immediately, and what’s even better is that I received an email today informing me that you will refund the subscription fee. I am truly grateful—thank you so much!
In addition to the above, I was contacted by Daisy, who was very kind and resolved my issue, even though it was an exception.
