I ordered a lightweight summer jacket. It looked great in the photo, but when I received it, it was awful. It was really cheap looking.
Added to that I ordered an xxl but it was so small. There is no way it was an xxl more like a medium. I feel scammed. It could not have cost them more than 2 pound to make and they charged me 35.00.

Had to give one star to be able to leave a review although would give no stars.
Bought a jacket very poor quality and did not realise from China as says Loxinova London! Tried to return and they have said they would give me 30% off and I can keep the jacket! I have said I don’t want it as unsuitable and poor quality and want a full refund. Still waiting a. Response …

Please do not order from this company, after care is terrible asked for a refund and nothing as to this date, I’ve sent emails and tried phoning. Disgusting!!

Item when arrived is shoddy quality, nothing like advertised.Dont bother ordering anything, takes an age to arrive....from China!

Similar to other reviews I ordered from this company believing it to be a UK based outlet then found the item was being shipped direct from China. Once it arrived the coat I ordered is, in real life, an extremely poor version of what was offered and doesn't meet the description. Poorest quality, not fit for purpose. Their Facebook advert keeps appearing, I tried to give (honest but not scathing) feedback there and this was removed and further attempt to engage on Fb blocked. I have emailed to initiate a return and refund. No response to date.

Please can someone give me advice how to get refund, item is unsuitable only word to describe it, really don’t know what to do, not sure am emailing the right Company, please help

Maybe I should have read the reviews before parting with my hard earned cash!

I also ordered a jacket (still to be received) Email was sent to me saying it was on it's way 01/04/24 - still not here on 14/04/24 Going by the other reviews I don't expect to get the jacket nor a refund :(

Bought a jacket thinking as like many other people that the company is based in London. Jacket finally came - shoddy thin material, lots smaller than should be. I have emailed straight away to ask how to return - not a thing back from them. Wish I had read the reviews first

Do not order from this SCAM company. I ordered a jacket costing £35.00 and it is absolutely poor quality and nothing like the advert. It is disgusting that these companies are allowed to advertise goods that are not to the standard or design shown. It will be going straight in the bin!!!!

Wish if read these reviews before ordering the jacket! The advert kept popping up on Facebook enticing me! It's misleading that it makes you think it's coming from London when possibly it's really China!!
Still waiting to see if it actually turns up but really disappointed I fell for this!

Bought a jacket paid £30 for it. The size was a large it was more like a med it was nothing like a jacket more like a lightweight work shirt thin material cheap looking. I’ve sent numerous emails yet heard nothing back. It says loxinova London clearly China !!! I’ve been done. Don’t order from this company it’s cheap crap !!!!

Wish l had read the other reviews received trousers and top advertising on FB the item is nothing like the add they state it’s z linen more like a cotton sheet it’s awful bag quality goods nothing like what’s advertised badly made have contacted loxinova but had no reply emails ignored so please don’t order you will be very disappointed it’s false advertising angry customer

Could not return or refund products - this was contrary to what their website promised.

Dreadful company, awful products. Jumper was appalling quality and they don't answer emails. Can't find out how to return anything. Scam company selling shoddy goods. Don't buy anything from them

Do not use this company! Ordered a coat for £50 and when it arrived it was nothing at all like the image and absolutely awful quality. Been trying to return for 5 months now but all they will offer me is a % of the refund and me keep the item as it is a paid return to China. I finally settled on a 40% refund because I was sick of the waiting… and they refunded me 10%!! So now emailing back and fourth AGAIN! Also waiting weeks in-between each response - this company is a joke.
