Jacket nothing like what is advertised. Wish I had read reviews before ordering. I asked to return and because you have to return to China was offered 30per cent refund. I contacted my bank and was told to give them 15 days to reply. Didn't hear anything. Bank have credited my credit card and give them 45 days to reply. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Wonder who they get to comment saying they have ordered one and going to order another one in different colour!!!

Jacket didn't fit. After much haggling they said in writing they would offer me 60% refund. Four weeks later I'm still waiting and it is now in the hands of my solicitor. Zero stars 🤬

Order came somewhat similar to what I ordered, just wasn’t my style, but cannot get in contact with them at all I’ve sent numerous emails, I’ve reported them to my bank for fraud and hopefully will get the money back

If I could put no stars I would. Avoid this company. Items nothing like described. Absolutely shocking company to deal with. Avoiding all my emails, looking for a full refund. Total scam of a company. AVOID!!!!!!!

DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY like other reviews I bought 2 summer jackets when they arrived they were thinner than cheap shirts. Sizing was ridiculous I’m a size 18/20 there came up 12/14 after sending numerous emails photos when asked for they offered 30% partial refund and other deals stating I can keep items, which is silly as they don’t fit and not fit for purpose the last email (all emails I sent were polite) I sent was at end of April asking for full refund and no deals also saying they left me no alternative but to get in touch with trading standards you be guessed it haven’t heard any reply. I’ve been in touch with my bank now hopefully they’ll get my money back 😡

Do not buy from this company as the quality is terrible and they have no refund policy. I have had several email correspondence with them where they offered a 40% refund for items I don’t want but no refund was given.

Ordered a pair of trainers that when arrived did not resemble the picture at all. Claiming money back through bank otherwise will go to Trading Standards

This company is a complete sham! I ordered some dungarees in a medium size. The quality of the item was awful when they arrived but the sizing was beyond shocking. I could have got another two people in the dungarees with me. I asked to return the item and they kept offering 20% or 30% refund which I pointed out was not what they advertised. I asked 19 times for a full refund for an item that was unusable and absolutely not what I had ordered. I responded politely to each offer even though most of their emails were repeated several times. Eventually they just stopped responding. Do not buy from them!

I ordered sneakers, they sent wrong size. I have repeatedly requested a return form. Heard absolutely nothing from them. ZERO COMMUNICATION. I would never recommend this company. Very poor customer service.

Should be able to give 0 ordered a dress nothing like the picture very poor quality, completely different material and design.
They will not reply to emails regarding a return, so hopefully as I used a credit card I can get my money back.

The jacket I ordered to the 1 I received isn't anything alike apart from the colour plus its 2 sizes too small ive e.mailed 3 times but no reply im fuming

Yet another 1 Star Review.
I ordered a pair of trainers from Loxinova "London", (also under Thea London on fb) 5th May. The money was taken, I was not given a tracking number, delivery date, delivery updates, info as to what the delivery method was (i.e. Courier or Royal Mail), I have not had any communication from either a Courier or Royal Mail giving delivery updates. It's 5th June now and the item has still not been delivered. I have contacted them 7 times, they have replied once on 18th May to day my order was "in transit", but it has never materialised.

This site should not be used, they have poor quality goods and don't respond when you want to return an item

Very cheaply made shoes,they look nothing like the photo. They are plastic not canvas a waist of £30, Iv emailed and had no response and don’t expect to, the shoes also came in a bag and the toes were all dented in
