Upon reviewing your order, we found that only 2 of the 6 items had just passed their best-before date. We understand that this may have caused some confusion, especially considering your history of 18 orders with us. We strive to provide clarity regarding our products, and we appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns.

At Low Price Foods, we specialise in bulk, short-dated, and recently post-dated products. It is important to note that all of our items carry best-before dates, which indicate the period during which the products are at their best quality. These items are still perfectly safe and good to eat for many months beyond this date.

To ensure transparency, we include best-before dates in several places:
On the product page (under the "add to basket" button)
On the basket page
In the confirmation page
In the confirmation email we sent you when you placed your order
In fact, our confirmation email begins with the following message:

"Hi Eileen, we're getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent. As we specialize in short-dated and recently post-dated food and drink, please check all of the best before dates on the products below and immediately notify us if there is an issue."

We genuinely value your satisfaction, and if you are unhappy with any of the products you received, we encourage you to return them for a full refund. You can send any items back to us at the following address:

Please ensure to clearly mark your order number on the outside of the packaging. We kindly ask that the items are returned in the same condition as received, and you have 28 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.
