shipping took way to long
Shipping took way to long from date ordered till date shipped and finally arrived was 8 days. And your facility is in the same state as the delivery address. You need to ship out much faster. I can get the same products on amazon, way quicker.

Fast shipment but should of informed item was obsoleted
Quoted 3 items. 2 items shipped right away. The 3rd
item was on back order said it was pending. This
material was for commercial ship. I was holding the
material for complete shipment than I get an e mail
stating item on back order is obsolete and I stuck
with hundreds of dollar can not return. Spend hours
looking electrical door lock. I was lucky I found a company that had reconditioned which customer accepted.

I have order 10 pieces of Setomatic…
I have order 10 pieces of Setomatic coin drop 54RU2C-NR and after installing some of them start skipping the quarters coins right away,I start calling the low laundry from January 2023 on ward but no one available to help me. It goes to differt dept. and they say it a wrong dept.Finally I was able to get in touch with some one in the month of June 2024 and I was told it is a machine sales dept..He gave me an email address to get in touch so my matter should be resolved. The reply came telling me that warranty was for 90 days and no other information Now I have requested a direct telephone no of the factory and I am still waiting. Very bad experience . I think there is no one ratified i in Company.t .Don't buy from them to avoid headaches and depression

Thank you for your prompt reply. It is very hard to believe that Mr. Frank from setomatic coin drop system have told you
because they are reputed firm and all of their products carry one year warranty according to their web site ,more over any product specially machines without warranty can not be sold in USA.
I have talk to Mr Frank Palladino when you were unable to help me. He help me on Phone and all of my machines are now fixed All ,coin drop are working perfectly fine. Spyder Setomatic coin drop poducts are all reliable
Strong and perfectly made, what you need is how to use it properly and the knowledge of how to adjust them because their machanism have nothing to fix. We have gone through this problem because you don't know where to direct customer like me except to deny their rights to fix and failed to instruct them where to contact for the service even if the warranty is expired. Please note that I have spent 2 thousand dollars for these product,Do you really think that I have to throw it out? Any how now all the coin drops are fixed by the help of the kind hearted Mr Frank ,nothing to worry.

Bobby, you did call in January 2023, this was still a period outside of Set-O-Matic's Warranty period. I understand your frustration, but if you call a company for a warranty outside of the warranty period, it basically means it's not under warranty anymore. The MFG sets their warranty policy not us and we explain that the product has a MFG warranty, not a warranty by us (LOW). We tried helping the best we can.
6/7 UPDATE: Per Frank @ Set-O-Matic all custom made coin drops are not warrantied. So no matter what time you called in or whoever you ordered these through, the factory will not warranty them. If you have further questions you can call the MFG, but this is completely out of our hands Bobby Lal. Also Bobby, we tried to help with your request about warranty but was denied. Your faulting us for you not calling the manufacturer for this 1 star review for Tech Support. I understand and respect you, but at the end of the day that is the reason from what you wrote for this bad review.
