Order was confirmed but shipped weeks later, despite being ordered for someone's birthday. Took a long time to get feedback and then was promised some wines to make up for the poor communication/late delivery but this was never sent.

Hi Richard, I'm sorry to hear this. There are unprecedented delays it seems in particular area's of the country and your local depot in Durham is one of them unfortuantely. Your tracking info does keep updating everyday and I've been on the phone with DPD who say that ythe package has received another scan today and will be going out for delivery asap, when that exactly is they could not tell me, apart from expressing their apologies. I'll keep my eye on it over the next couple of days and keep pushing DPD to release the pack for delivery. Wishing you well and I'll be in touch shortly. Michael.
