Van was immaculately clean i could even…

Van was immaculately clean i could even smell the polish inside of cab. I have driven a lot of vehicles in my time but never have i hired a vehicle as clean as this one. All marks clearly identified on the paper form check beforehand. No check done after but they returned my deposit within 2 days. Good customer service as well beforehand!

Beware!

Beware if you hire any vehicle from this company.
Make sure you take your own photos, as they will charge you for scuffs or dents you haven’t done. They have your card details and you have no control over what they take!

Great service.…

Booking a vehicle at short notice was so easy to do with this company. The staff are friendly and polite and nothing was too much trouble or complicated in any way.
Had to extend our rental at short notice on two occassions and the staff made it so simple.
100% Recomend and would certainly use them again.
Well done and thank you Lowestoft Car Hire.

Always great customer service with very…

Always great customer service with very competitive pricing and choice of vehicle, with the added benefit of Blue Light discount. Saves having to use my own car (an unreliable electric Renault Zoe) for long distance driving.

Lovely helpful staff, and great cars

The staff at this car rental office are really lovely and helpful. Me and my husband rented a Fiat 500 from them for 2 months, and they were always so kind and courteous. A brilliant place to hire a car, from people who care!

Have hired from here many many times over the last few years. Very easy to hire, never had a problem, lovely staff, great cars, reasonable price. Would highly recommend!

Hired a car for the day

Hired a car for the day, booked by phone. Total pleasant experience, staff really helpful, cheaper than anywhere else. Car was clean, full of fuel. I totally recommend Lowestoft car hire, will use again if I need to. Thankyou

Feel completely ripped off and abused!!

Feel completely ripped off and abused!!

Booked a car for 3 days with delivery and collection for £115 and £100 deposit, as we do every time we go on holiday (motorhome holiday) they were excellent and helpful on the phone all was good untill the car was delivered!! The car fuel was showing just under a full tank and the driver now said he was unable to collect now and we needed to drop it of, we called and agreed we’d drop the car Saturday morning at 10am.
We dropped the car a little before 9.50 but was told there wasn’t anyone available to look over the car we said we would wait but we’re told it could be hours?? But confidently we left and they said our deposit would be returned within 5 days ( why so long? ) we were then called literally within the hour telling us there was a dent on the rear quarter and we were responsible for it and would be charged we obviously argued the case but was to no avail!

Then sent pics of what looks like an extremely small push dent on the rear arch we explained that we filled the car (a lot more fuel than we were given) that very morning and checked around the car snd there was no such mark but again no interest only to be told they would forward our bill

They sent the bill of £338.99 😲😲
And on that bi also charged us £17.50 delivery 😳😳 we are now seeking legal advice and I will personally share this on every social media platform I can!!

Well Recommended

Very friendly.
Easy to order with no trouble, even during this difficult time with Covid about. Good value for money too. Have ordered twice from here, First a Transit Van, then a smaller Van. Both very modern, clean and easy to drive.
