A lovely chiropodist who went the extra mile
My daughter had a very painful ingrown toenail, so we were very lucky that on Saturday 25th October this company/service happened to have a free appointment. I booked it immediately and mentioned that my daughter has hEDS & PoTS. When we arrived Bronagh was very attentive and had taken the time to look up my daughter's conditions so was well aware that often anesthetic often doesn't work for those with EDS or wears off quickly or they need more. We were very relieved and impressed that Bronagh had made the effort to do this. She listened to my daughter and explained the options and procedure very well. She was also very patient, allowing my daughter to steady her nerves before proceeding. She explained each step and also explained that she would work quickly given that the anesthetic might wear off. She was indeed quick and very thorough. She gave great aftercare advice also. Highly recommended.
