Bad Customer Support
Would give it less than 1 if I can.
So two days ago I just received first notice to pay my bill and for my surprise I had 60€ extra of late payment costs and I have never received the bill. Customer support was very rude to explain the costs and just said that I have to pay. Once I asked for are the costs for and that they never before informed me about the costs the communication stopped. Just such a very bad practice, bad support, bad everything
