Do not carry out any works for this company, they do not pay their contractors. I carried out several EICRs and remedial works for them, out of 4 jobs carried out I got paid for 2. I have been unable to contact them for over 6 months £100s of pounds outstanding. It seems they use one contractor not pay them then move to the next.

Poor customer service

Got online quote for EPC. Confirmed order. Called them a number of times to clarify some points. Constantly went to voicemail. Left messages but no calls returned. Sent text to number. Received text back asking for no of bedrooms. Answered this but no further message. Received an email a week ago saying I would be contacted by an assessor. Heard nothing in the days following so told them to forget it. Would not rate this company

Dear Chris
Yes this was absolutely a genuine review. I post negative reviews when I feel that the service provided has been abysmal. Which it was in this case. I received an invoice no: 23598 and order ref: EPC-023598. This should help you track down this so called missing order. I take offence at your insinuation that this was a false review and that I might have been paid by a competitor business to post it. Hopefully you will now have enough information to see this was not the case. An apology would be nice
Regards
Alan

Hi Alan, as the owner of the business, I take feedback both good and bad very seriously. I have checked back through our order history in order to establish what went so wrong with your order however, I have been unable to locate an order for you. I have also cross referenced your name against payments received for orders placed and have been unable to locate a payment for you either. Are you sure the order was placed with ourselves?

I can see that of the 7 reviews you have left on the Trustpilot website, 6 of them have been negative. I am aware of people being paid by competitor businesses to leave negative feedback and have my suspicions that this might be one of those paid reviews.

Regards
Chris
