paid driver at airport for return transfer. On return the driver failed to collect us from the hotel and their office was shut as it was a Sunday. Had to spend 44 euros on a taxi to Madeira Airport.They have ignored 2 emails and a message from their web site requesting a refund.

Joke of a company, it’s simply a con to take your money, then tell you that you will get a refund in 30 days.
Booked 2 transfers, first was within 24 hours which I admit is short notice so they cancelled, due to lack of operators, but why take it in the first place?
Booked a second return transfer 8 months in advance. Again cancelled by company, this time they claimed the price was wrong. But I booked it on their website with their price schedule.
Cheap way of taking thousands of bookings, keeping your money for a month, so they get free money.
Avoid at all cost

One day before our departure, when we were to be picked up by Low Cost Transfer in Azores airport, our taxi was canceled (also return taxi) on the grounds that there was no driver available.
This caused great problems in finding other transport at such short notice. In addition, it took well over a month and countless emails before the money for the canceled trip was returned. My experience was that they tried to avoid paying back. The company's treatment of us was very unsatisfactory.

Me and my family had a great trip from Madeira airport to the hotel in Funchal. The flight had a delay but the driver waited for us for more 1 hour ( flight delay). We have been welcomed with a smile on driver face and a very positive attitude.
We booked for the next day east tour to Santana with the same driver and the same comfortable car with A/C.
I really recommend it to my friends and family.

Do not use Low Costs Transfers. We booked return transfers with them on a recent visit to Madeira. They picked us up at the airport and I paid the driver cash for the return journey. However, upon our return they did not pick us up from our hotel, I rang the office several times and was told the driver was on his way and also that he was outside our hotel, a total lie as we were outside our hotel waiting. After half an hour we had to pay for another taxi to take us to the airport, otherwise we would have missed our flight. I have emailed Low Cost Transfers to ask for a refund....but they have not replied!!

The driver has been very kind and help us with the luggage. Also we had free wifi in the car that was great.

Perfect for airport transfer. I made an online reservation on transfer from Mallorca Airport to Puerto de Andratx. A driver with our name on a sign met us by arrival and we went directly to our hotel. The driver was good, police, smiling and with a nice car. We paided in cash to the driver.
