NOT LEGITIMATE

Order placed on April 5th. The item was never shipped within the promised timeframe, and no tracking information was ever provided.

Customer support has been unresponsive. One listed email address failed to deliver messages due to server issues, and live chat responses were extremely limited.

At the time of writing, there is still no clear resolution or confirmation of shipment or refund.

Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this store due to lack of communication, transparency, and order fulfillment.
