Extremely upset with customer service
Having had a successful stay I am left distraught.
Unauthorised and unexplained payment of £475.20 has been charged without explanation or warning. Having tried to call this company multiple times and emailed I have had no reply even to say the query was being investigated or to offer explanation. For a company that doesn't use answer phones I can catagorically say this is untrue. Do not trust this company with your card details. They have displayed severe administrative incompetence.
All good so far.
So far it has been a very pleasant experience. All i have done is book an apartment! Very efficient responses to e-mails. So looking forward to my stay and hoping that the good feeling will continue with the company.
Friendly & Efficient
Have booked through this comany several times over the years and always found them to be very good. They keep you well informed of how your reservation is progressing, contacting the owner, answering questions etc. They can even arrange to pick you up from the airport and take you to your apartment ( In Sitges) at a good price. Will use this company again for my next trip in October.

Let down 5 days before holiday
Booked an apartment for 8 people in Rome in January 2015 for December 2015. Confirmation was received we paid a deposit. 5 days before we were due to arrive we called to check everything was ok for peace of mind. We were told booking was good....20 minutes later had a call to say owner had JUST emailed and said there was a gas leak! ( suspiciously more like double booked!! )Booking was cancelled couldnt get it fixed in 5 days when we were due to arrive, thought gas leaks were urgent! It was an apartment block and went to see it in Rome and block was occupied. Loving apartment didn't offer a suitable alternative it only slept 6 people but owner would accommodate 8. It was nothing like we booked a spacious 4 bedroom with ensuites they simply refunded the deposit and left us with no accommodation. We frantically tried to get apartment before we were due to fly. We couldn't get one because of the time of year. New Year in Rome, had to booked 2 separate apartments and we had to pay double. What a let down booking was through Loving Apartments for a dynamic stay apartment. AVOID BOTH COMPANIES IF YOU WANT TO RUIN YOUR HOLIDAY!!!

Easy & Efficient Process.
This is the third time I have booked through Loving Apartments for a visit to Amsterdam. The last time was 3 years ago when all went well, and I have once again found the process to be easy and efficient.

So unprofessional, I don't recommend loving apartments to anyone.
I will never use this site again. The apartment themselves lied to me I luckily had this phone conversation recorded and I was told that considering the situation I would not be charged. I was then charged which is annoying and unfair but on top of that I contacted loving apartments to sort the situation out. They were extremely unprofessional, I felt as if there was no real effort. They wouldn't update me on anything unless I called first which I found frustrating as I would be left waiting for weeks. I could go on and on about how bad my experience was with loving apartments and I have used many sites for apartment bookings this is by far the worst. Needless to say I will never be using this site again and I honestly do not recommend this site to anyone.

One occasion there was problem with access due to building works and we were moved (upgraded foc) immediately
Why use an hotel when you can have an entire apartment for less money?!
I have tried others (Trip Advisor - useless customer service - AVOID) but come back here
I have no hesitation in recommending

Apartment on 75 rue Vieille du Temple 75003 Paris - smells (REF: PRS143856)
Negatives:
1. Apartment we arrived was OK but had a sewage problem related to smell that was coming from large hole in toilet where large section of tiles was removed which indicated repairmen in progress. However, company that provided apartment was refusing the obvious and didn't do anything to gracefully resolve the problem, apart from installing a smelly fragrance. Of course, no information of pending sewage works was available in apartment description on Loving apartments website.
2. Booking process is confusing which involves strange companies without "contact us" sections on their web site, that you don't expect when you book on website you, actually, found the apartment.
2. We haven't received our deposit it back yet (6 day after check out).
3. Customer service is useless as it only prepared for happy day scenarios and could not help to resolve the smell problem.

Canal Holiday
We had a lovely time in Amsterdam staying at the Canal Holiday Apartment. Our host was very warm and welcoming and available whenever we had a question. There were 4 of us but we would recommend this spacious apartment for a family of up to 5 or 6 people. It was in a great location, and we walked to the centre of town several times although the tram was available regularly too.
The whole process of booking through Loving Apartments was easy and straight-forward. We would use them again.

We needed an apartment for 5 in Rome within 24 hours: I found Loving Apartments on the web, spotted a couple of apartments we liked, but because our flights arrived very late and left very early we needed very late check in at the appartment and a very early (4.00am) check out. I called LA and spoke to Kate N. Within a few hours Kate had found, reserved and agreed with the owner the late/early timings and we booked. The appartment exceeded our expectations and we had a cracking 5 days in Rome "en famille". The booking process via the information on the website and Kate's input, was excellent, as was the apartment and its owner. I would recommend them to anyone. Jeremy S

Should have trusted my gut instinct!
I been hunting for an apartment in Amsterdam, found the perfect one in De Pjip through loving apartments. The booking process was simple enough, but when I received confirmation from the group who had the apartment (prestige housing) the booking conditions were different to those that I had received when I payed the deposit on loving apartments. I was instructed, originally, that I had to pay the remaining balance in advance via paypal, this was fine & that I had to pay the security deposit of 300 euros in cash on arrival & this would be returned to me in cash on departure, but I was then told that they wanted the remaining balance & the security deposit together via bank transfer or paypal, but as you get charged for a bank transfer & dont really have much cover, I opted for paypal, they then told me I had to pay the 4% charge that paypal charges them for the transaction, (this was an extra 50 euros!) which I payed, I then asked for a late checkout, which was stated as being 10 euros, I was charged 30 euros! There was no-body there to greet us at the apartment, I picked the keys up from a very irritating & pretty rude women from a cafe.
But once in the apartment, I thought there was nothing to worry about, because the apartment really was lovely & we had a great stay.
But unfortunately when we left the apartment, there was nobody to return the deposit, I contacted Manuela who I had been speaking with throughout the whole booking process, she asked me how I wanted the deposit returned, I said via paypal was fine as we were leaving & alas no deposit has been returned! I have tried to contact manuela on many occasions, she has not replied, I spoke with customer services at loving apartments & the agent genuinely sounded quite concerned, but again not heard anything back, I did get an email one week after contacting loving apartments saying they were still trying to contact Manuela & it has now been one month since I was in the apartment & I have still heard nothing!
All I can simply say, is that I would never use this service again, completely untrustworthy & I should have questioned it when I started receiving all the differing information. Extremely angry & am now in proceedings through paypal to try & recieve my stolen deposit.

Website puts a smile on your face
After a seemingly endless search marathon to get two affordable hotel rooms in the centre of London I found this website refreshingly easy to use and offering exactly what I was after. Within a couple of minutes the booking was done. Will now stay in a two bedroom apartment. Brilliant! Very good service! Thank you very much. Looking forward to my stay in London.

Easy Online Booking
We have just booked two apartments for a ten day stay in London this summer. We have used Loving Apartments before and had a good experience. What made this booking experience so easy was the "groups" tab on the Loving Apartments website. This allowed me to book multiple apartments in the same building with ease. I did not find this feature on any other apartment rental website. I also love that the apartments listed as available actually were available at the prices listed. On other websites, I sometimes found "available" apartments were rented or the prices had changed. Thank you Loving Apartments for making the booking process so easy.

Great option for holiday travel
We used Loving Apartment recently for a stay in Amsterdam. We found the experience excellent from start to finish. Website is easy to use and a couple of minor points were dealt with efficiently with the team over the phone and on email. The logistics of the visit was very smooth and the apartment itself was lovely. We think this is a very cost effective way of staying overseas and prefer it to a hotel.

Too many problems for such a big price.
Myself and my 8 friends stayed in the Barcelona apartment I was not impressed with the first impressions of the apartment. We were shown around at lightening speed and the foul odour from the main bathroom was overpowering. There was no linen or duvets for 2 of the beds which only arrived after we had to ring and remind the manager. After this we went to buy food to cater the apartment and when we went to store the food we found that the freezer was mouldy and the upstairs toilet was leaking all over the floor. We had to use towels provided to mop it up (meaning we to share towels as we had used the provided ones to clean up the bathroom) and despite contacting the manager who described it as a "small leak", he reassured us that the leak would be fixed. He never returned. The first morning we were there we were shocked to have no hot water and then we went to have a hot drink only to be shocked to find the metal kettle full of mould. We rang the UK hotline on a number of occasions who were helpful but they did not get in touch with the Barcelona manager on the last occasion we rang them as they said they would. We paid a lot of money for the apartment and on check-out the manager walked in and checked the apartment straight away with no questions, nor did he ask if we were satisfied with our stay. I would not pay to stay in this apartment ever again and if I did ever have the opportunity to stay in the future then I would expect major improvements to be made.
