Your app can really help me by helping to choose the best and right beauty products. I’d like to give you some opinions, First - How about listing the best products according to suitable points. Second - the free trial you give me is one month and one month is not enough to give full review. But as far as I know, your app can help me alots.

We're sure the app will provide you with a lot of value :) Please try out not only our recommended programs, but also the daily discovery options on the products tab, as well as the products scanner, which can analyze any skincare product you'd like to check. The recommendations is the exact place where we provide the best (as far as the suitability scores go) picks structured in a meaningful program that you can follow for a long time, while discovery feed contains of various products that you can use to get some additional benefits, or just for the sake of variety (which is very beneficial for program adherence — and hence the results). Customer service is useless - avoid

Customer service is useless - kid signed up to this via an Instagram ad and paid. I explained the situation and they said they couldn’t do anything about it because of the “money back policy”. Not helpful at all, after a genuine mistake, was like talking to robots.

I made purchase by accident

I made purchase by accident .
And AI program was not helping. The next day Anna contacted me from Lóvi and fixed everything and made my refund.

I just made payment on the website and…

I just made payment on the website and I tried to open the app but they are not sending any code to my email and my money is gone, but I wrote to them and asked for a refund and I did, at least they are honest

I’m very disappointed with Lóvi

I’m very disappointed with Lóvi. I was automatically charged €39.99, even though I expected a one-time payment of €19.99 and haven’t used the app at all. I haven’t received a response to my emails. This experience was frustrating and unacceptable!!

Fraud scheme

I ordered a subsription for 19,99Eur after successfull payment I was offered something like ‘subsription bundle’, but I did not read the info carefully and pressed the button ‘sure’. I was instantly charged another 39,99 Eur via apple pay without any kind of consent request! I always have to confirm the payment, but this time this was not the case and cought me by surprise. I instantly canceled the non-wanted subscription and contacted customer service for refund, but they just sent me AI generated nonsense response. This app is definately a fraud scheme. 100% do not recommend using it.
Upd 2025-09-25: I initiated refund request via Revolut, as well sent another mail to customer service and today I can confirm - I received the refund. Even though I appreciate this final result, but in general the whole experience was annoying and looked unfair.

This is a subscription trap.



I am dissatisfied with the subscription, purchased it on the website and emailed within 30 days, only for customer service to tell me I am not eligible for a refund??



EDIT: I have received the full refund but it was through multiple frustrating conversations. Initially, they just said my subscription was cancelled, with no mention of a refund. Then I was told I wasn’t eligible. Later, they offered me a partial refund while trying to upsell me, and only after I insisted did they finally issue a full refund.

While the refund policy was technically made clear on the sign-up page, I am mostly dissatisfied with the subscription model itself. I paid for a whole year, only to later discover that many of the products I expected to be included were not actually part of the plan.

Do not buy from this company!
I placed an order over a month ago and never received my product. At first, they replied to my emails and asked some questions, but now their email address no longer exists. There is no phone number or any other way to contact them. I have lost my money and received nothing in return. Very disappointing and untrustworthy.

Wasn’t entirely helpful

Wasn’t entirely helpful. Good recommendations, but they kept changing. As if I would change a routine I just spent $80 on. Also, not accurate on pricing or difficulty finding some of the products.

The app has potential, but wasn’t marketed properly. I thought I was getting a subscription to a routine, not a bunch of products I have to find on my own with bad guidance.

At the start of the sign up process

At the start of the sign up process, I thought I was paying for skin care products. No, it was just a subscription fee for the app. This was NOT made clear through the sign up process until you'd already committed funds. I immediately wrote to customer service to cancel my subscription, and expect to be refunded for what I have already spent.
Oh, and the hard-sell you get once you've signed up to spend more and more is ridiculous.
Avoid like the plague.
Update - customer service have confirmed that a full refund is on its way. I have changed my star rating accordingly.

I’m disappointed in this APP lots of pros but to many cons

I’m disappointed in this APP. It has its pros but for me it has to many cons. It’s very expensive. For how much you pay for it I feel like it should let you scan the products you have and then build a routine for you from them and make suggestions on which one of your products you should keep and which ones you should change out and make suggestions on which products get. Now this APP does have a scanning feature that lets you scan products but it costs extra and it doesn’t always work and the scanner gets confused when you scan multiple products from the same brand. The APP does have some good qualities it does tell you what types of products to use in what order and it gives you videos on how to use those products. Also the face scanner does do a good job of scanning you face and showing you your trouble areas and how to fix them. So I guess if you are a beginner to skin care and have no products of your own or are ready to throw out everything you have and completely start over this is the app for you because it will give you a full product list to buy from Amazon and show you how to use them.

I applied for the three day… cancellation

I applied for the three day subscription. I tried to cancel and I couldn’t and I’ve been trying to be in touch with Lovi by email because of course there’s no phone number and they just sent me in circles. They tell me I should cancel the subscription. It doesn’t even show up on my subscription account and I’ve asked them to refund me and they have not done so love if you see this I’d like a response. Refund.

When the app was advertised to me

When the app was advertised to me, I got excited. I have paid for 3 months subscription (£30). But what they do not tell you that even if you buy 3 months subscription, to scan you products you will have to pay extra (£40 for a month). I see no pony in this app now… wasted my money and really disappointed.
