My order took about 6 weeks. The garments are nice but don’t fit. I have send two messages via their contact form with no reply. Worryingly the number on their website DOES NOT WORK. They are scammers. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Would of given no stars if I could ... currently trying to get my refund which I was told was being processed on July 1st in one email then when I messaged them they informed me that they had refunded me on 24th June so I spoke to my bank and there's been no refund from them at all ..I've tried to ring but the number is not available and I've emailed numerous times I'm so disappointed and fed up

I have then tried to process a return. There is no address or phone number on the website and vague instructions on ‘worry free returns’. I’ve now emailed 3 times with no response.

Great fit even if a little slow to arrive
It took a little while to arrive so I had to send a couple of emails to ask where my parcel was. I got a very nice and quick reply both time. My parcel eventually arrived (6 weeks after having ordered) and I love it! great fit. I guess it was just a glitch and my parcel/order got lost somewhere which can happen. Thank you LoveYaaYaa

Made a purchase that didn't turn up, being ignored by Loveyaayaa no help whatsoever it's been months now. They said they were submitting a claim to Royal Mail before they would refund me and they will not give any update. They claim to be based in London but the tracking on my order was sent from China. They email you from a Gmail account. Do not use this company. Scammers! I got my refund within 30 mins of posting this! Maybe just a coincidence idk
