Placed an order, which I knew was to good to be true, but never received ANYTHING ordered. Emailed the customer service they assured me it would be sent "right back out" and I would be issued a 20% credit. Guess what to date I have yet to receive any type of credit or merchandise. This has been going on since the 1st week of December 2025 and it is now the last week of February 2026. After another email (which there have been multiple) inquiring about just my credit forget the merchandise and explaining in America this is called a scam - I was told my refund was approved just "held up" and they are now resubmitting a credit for guess what 70% of what I originally paid them.

I see lots of people got it bad for Lovetomore but my purchase (even though it took 3 months) was exactly what they showed. They are the best pair of western style boots I’ve had in years! I only wish I bought them in Red also. I get so many compliments for my boots. They literally get more attention then me.

THIS IS GARBAGE. I PAID ALMOST 50 DOLLARS FOR A SHIRT AND MASK. THE QUALITY OF BOTH IS LIKE TISSUE PAPER. I ORDERED A XL AND IT LOOKS LIKE A SMALL. A COMPLETE RIP OFF. I WANT MY MONEY BACK

I placed a 4 pc order with Lovetomore the first part of Dec 2019. I received 1 piece of the order late Jan 2020. Have sent many emails, which at first they replied to. Same story each time "the pieces have been delayed. As of May they do not even bother to respond. This is a GOOD LESSON to me to buy from North America, pay a bit more and receive a good product. NO MORE of the CHEAP CHINA CRAP! I did pay through PayPay so I will check in with them to see if there is a chance to recoup my money.

Love To More is a scam. The clothes that are shown and you purchase are not the clothes they send. They send cheap knockoffs that don't even remotely resemble the clothes I ordered. They also did not send everything I ordered. I ordered 4 items and they only sent 3. I ended up throwing everything out (nothing was wearable and I would not be caught dead wearing them) because it was going to cost me more to send the clothes back than they were worth and the company refused to refund me what I paid plus the shipping return costs if I sent the clothes back. I emailed the company numerous times and after the refusal email they wouldn't respond to any of my emails after that. I did not even want to give them a one star rating and would have preferred a negative one star rating. Do not waste your money purchasing anything as all you will receive is a rip off!!!!

Don't buy anything from them!!!!! They send you absolute garbage after stealing your money!!! Paypal is just as bad. They are linked with this account knowing its a scam company and they will do nothing to help you get a refund. I ordered a pair of boots that looked like they were worth a dollar...total crap. Sent in a dirty zip lock bag. No tags, no box. And no refund. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM LOVETOMORE AND DONT USE PAYPAL EITHER!!!!!!!

This company is a scam!

I had a terrible experience with this company. I spent over $100 during the holiday season as a gift for a family friend. I didn't receive the order on time for the holidays, but figured it was on its way. At first I gave them the benifit of the doubt considering it was the holidays, but then month passes and weeks go by without updates from their shipping.
Now, you cannot create a profile on their site for the shipping details and you don't receive emails from them. The only method i found to gain updates on the package was through an app called "Arrive".
The first red flag I noticed was the issues with the shipping. They do not update shipping details for weeks & months. I have yet to receive an update on a shirt that I ordered that has still not arrived. It has been over 3 months since I made the order.

The pieces I did receive were terrible (after 2 1/2 months). The sizes are not consistent. Some are clearly meant for petite people and others are clearly a "one size fits all" with a 'Large' (terribly) sewn on. The colors are not as shown in the pictures provided on their website, the material is not stretchable and feels like a table cloth, rough, falling apart, or feels like plastic material. It's very strange. The only way I could describe it is if someone attempted to replicate the clothes that were advertised from the site and did a really bad job. As if they bought some cheap fabric in bulk (not meant for clothes) and printed on some designs. The inside of the clothes are all white, which is why it partly reminded me of a table cloth. The sizes are also all off. The dimensions/ cuts are strange and do not fit a human body. It isnt just a difference in body shape, the shoulders are too close to the neck like and the width/length of the shirts are not consistent. Arm length, shoulder-length, and height are not symmetrical on a shirt.

They are not wearable.

I attempted to contact them and they only have one email, the email they send you your receipt from. No other customer service.

Do Not buy from this website!

9-3-2019 I bought 2 skirts, a pair of pants, 2 pairs of boots they were to give me a belt. 60 days I received a pair of boots made horribly hard to put on at the ankle they are made like tennis shoes. January I received another pair of boots and a broken cheap belt. It is now February 2020 and nothing. I am going to call my credit card company file a complaint. I refuse to order anything, I first look at contact any in China etc. No more getting ripped off

I can’t even rate this HORRIBLE company!! On 10/18/19 I ordered 1 pair of earrings, 1 skirt & 2 belts. I received the earrings and a cheaply made belt. I did not receive the skirt or other belt. 2/16/20 and still have not received half my order or refund. I guess I should have read the reviews before I ordered from the fraudulent company. STAY AWAY PEOPLE!! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!

This company is a SHAM! I placed an order for 4 items on 09/12/19. I paid a total of $97.18 on that date. It is now 02/01/20 & I have received one cheap pair of earrings and a cheaply made polyester jacket looking nothing like the picture in the advertisement. I requested my money be refunded on the items I have not yet received, $71.18. All they sent me was a tracking number for the 2 items I have already received. They said the remaining items were "delayed" but should be shipped within 10-15 days. That was 4 weeks ago. They also said they would email me a "shipping notification once the items were shipped" but have not received anything. DO NOT purchase anything from this company!
They will get your money & you will not get your items & if you do, the quality is AWFUL!!! Beware!

Was so excited to find some boho clothing.
However when my order arrived the clothing was NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES!
It was all cheap screen printed garbage. The fabrics are Not as stated, mostly polyester.
Very deceitful, Buyer BEWARE, don’t order from this company.

I ordered a cute top with a bucking horse print on it. When the top finally arrived (it came from China) the size was fine and it was made ok except that the print was UPSIDE DOWN.

Complete scam. They should be given negative stars, one is too many! I ordered several items and everyone of them is so low quality I cannot wear them. They are nothing like the pictures on their website. I found the same pictures on another site on the internet. They are clearly using someone else's photos to pass off their crap. They will refuse to give a refund. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! YOU WILL BE SORRY!! SHAME ON THEM! SCAMMERS!!!

I ordered in a top back in August of 2019 and still haven’t received it.

I contacted them twice and they located the order but they got my money and I got squat.

Never ever order from lovetomore.

For years I’ve bought all kinds of
things on ebay from China and have never been disappointed. The big difference I could see is none of those items were clothes but rather craft materials. Everything was as good as I expected and often better and I was never disappointed or scammed. Not once.

My advice buy only through PayPal and read reviews online before you order.

This is a complete garbage brand. Don't know how they're even in business.

Total CRAP. Don't waste your money. Cheap clothes, misrepresented photos. I bought a jacket that was supposed to be leather with metal studs. It was actually some cheap satin like material with screen printed studs. In the same order I purchased an open faced sweater. The material wasn't even something close to sweater. I didn't bother even trying to return anything because I knew the minute I opened the package and saw the cheap junk that I'd been scammed.i will never buy anything off of any of those websites that advertise on Facebook again. Facebook should be ashamed. Ya, right. Insert eye roll here.

I didn’t want to give 1 star but apparently you have to give something, this website is horrible, items ordered last September still haven’t received and they don’t respond to emails for a refund, merchandise is not as pictured, not even close, not even same color, cheap junk!!!

FAIL!!!! I hope if you are reading these reviews you Have Not placed a order yet!!!! Don't Do It!!!! I promise you it's not worth it! Not even possibly! Not 1 item is even close to what the pictures look like! It is overpriced crap on top of the fact it doesn't even look the same. I placed my order on October 7, 2019 and today is January 7, 2020... I'm still waiting! Save your money.... this is a scam!

I Ordered 7 items on September 5, 2019 and received partial order in November and just received a fourth piece on December 26th.
None of the items are as pictured. They are soooo cheaply made. They look nothing like the pictures. I ordered 7 items and, so far, I have only received 4 and it has been four months since I placed my order. I should have checked reviews first!
I just emailed them to refund and cancel the other 3 pieces. Will wait to see what happens. I used PayPal so will complain to them too.
