Finally got my item.. 5 weeks late, as it was a Xmas present that should have arrived on December the 3rd.. anyway the item was good and the company do actually exist.. took 4 Emails to get it though..Martin

I ordered a couple of mats. I cancelled one within 24 hours and the other shortly after as per the T&C. The item was a birthday gift but it did not arrive in time so I had to source an alternative gift and give it as a Christmas gift instead. However, it did not arrive so another alternative gift had to be sourced.

The customer service is virtually non-existent! I still had no confirmation that the orders were cancelled. Eventually, 'Justin' emailed to say that it cant be cancelled and I would not get a refund even though I had cancelled within the T&C on their website! I put a chargeback on my card for one of the items. I received an email to ask me to retract the chargeback and he would refund it instead but he would send the other item that was weeks past the delivery date! I said this is not acceptable and I want them both cancelled as per the T&C and a full refund.

Then yesterday, I receive a dispatch notification for BOTH items! Absolutely appalling customer service. They just want to take your money and ignore everything else. Hence why it is direct payment on card and no option for Paypal!

I would never ever purchase anything from this company again and would advice others to do the same. They totally ignore the T&C on their website. I will be taking this up with my bank. It feels like a total scam.

Product was very shoddily made for the exorbitant price charged, customer service is non existent( only way to reach out is by email which just gets ignored) and arrived to late for Christmas. Would not order from them again that's for sure.

7-10 days for delivery, yet it took 14 days and an email to the company.
Don’t think you are buying a mat for outdoor use. I bought the largest size and according to the shipping invoice it weighs 1.6 lbs. Nothing in the description would lead you to believe that the mats wouldn’t work outdoors. Might be good if you live somewhere there is no wind, otherwise it is going to blow away. My fault,for not checking the weight, but all the other doormats I’ve had were rather heavy. Buy a small one and use it as a bath mat.

So sorry to read these bad reviews. My experience was so different. I emailed when I hadn't heard anything and got a very quick reply and they apologised that it can take longer. When my mat arrived it was fantastic so much better than I expected. Maybe I was lucky but I would order from this company again and please note its coming from Canada. Have emailed them since and thanked them and had a lovely reply Maybe they have upped their game.

Ordered over a month ago!! Nothing has arrived, customer service is terrible!! Would like a full refund! Avoid

Although it took just over 3 weeks to arrive, I love my personalized dog & kitty indoor mat! It is absolutely adorable. I was able to select a dog and 3 kitties that look just like my own plus add their names. Advice: If ordering for a gift allow ample time to be delivered.

Just received my doormat welcome to my home very happy with it

Ordered a door Matt , took about 2 weeks to arrive but was exactly what I wanted . Was a bit worried after reading other reviews but I can’t complain - I’d definitely order from this company again.

Absolute waste of time ordering through this company . Ordered a Christmas present for my husband back in November and paid for the VIP service to get it quicker. Needless to say, it never arrived despite numerous emails from me. I was fobbed off with platitudes but no real explanation for the delay apart from the fact they were busy. Surely any decent company plans for busy periods like Christmas? Clearly loverpup doesn't. The company finally refunded the money for the VIP service and I have now requested a full refund. Watch this space. I will never ever order anything from them again.
UPDATE 18.01.24..my order finally arrived last week! I received an email offering 25% off which I accepted as the customer service team assured me my order was on the way and it really was!! Shame it couldn't arrive for Christmas and I still would never order from loverpup again but at least my husband finally got his Christmas present!

Ordered from these in November, goods have still not arrived. Were for Xmas.
Emailed them, took a while to get a reply.
Just told it's in transit.
Will not be ordering anything from them again. Very disappointed.

I wish I’d read the reviews before ordering. Things are hard enough these days without having to deal with companies that obviously lie and steal our money. I hope to get a refund for a product not received when it said it would be.

Order not delivered emails ignored no refund to date. Do not use this company. Reported to the appropriate authority for further action

I wouldn't even give this company one star but found I was unable to write in the box unless I pressed one of the stars. Typical of the scam I became caught up in. My order was placed on December 4th and after sending one email after another just before Christmas I was told they agreed it was frustrating (you bet) and I couldn't get a refund because my order was under way. I had never even had a confirmation email and I doubt I shall ever see the item I ordered.

DO NOT USE this company they do not deliver we ordered in November and its still not been sent , they don't answer emails very quickly amd make empty promises, just someone who calls themselves Justin keeps making excuses , this is a scam

Would NEVER EVER buy from this company again.. ordered a item for a Xmas gift.. quoted 7/9 days delivery.. 18 days and still no delivery..obviously not going to arrive for Xmas.. Emailed them twice and told they are looking into it.. if you know of anyone who is considering buying from this sham of a company please advise them otherwise..Martin
