oh my , what a disaster , still not getting anywhere with my complaint. ordered 2 tops in size 2xl on their chart supposed to be uk size 20 , Im a size 16 but when what can only be described as dish rags turned up
they were so small my friend whos a size 10 couldnt fit into them ,, all i get is a stock reply saying they sent the right size that was ordered and to send them back to china at my own expense , fair enough if I had changed my mind , but they dont fit !!!!!!!!!

I would give this a zero. I have yet to receive my package and no one will respond to me about it. I have paid for something I will never receive. Do NOT order from this site.

Do NOT buy anything from chikvoss. It’s garbage and not what they advertise to you. And when you complain they just tell you to return it.... to China.... ok. It would cost me more to return it. The hair straightener I ordered that was not even close to what was advertised is now in the garbage. Chikvoss is a Scam!!!!!!!!

Don't order from this site they send out wrong items and never respond to emails for help. They are scamming people out of money

I didn't even want to give one star!!! This item was a complete disappointment but I blame myself for not reading the reviews, I ordered the flat iron and for one it took forever to come in and when it did it was in a cardboard box with Chinese writing on it so I didn't understand anything that was on the box, and when I actually used it it was cheap and didn't straightened my hair the way it advertised and I have the same kind of hair in the video, it does not straighten your hair that quick, you have to keep going over it many times just like any other family Dollar cheap straightener, I'm absolutely furious on how dishonest this company is and I don't recommend it to anyone, you can't advertise one thing and build it up to be this amazing product and have people support your business and spend their hard earned money on it and in return you screw them over...

This company is an absolute joke! Ordered a hair straightener and requested a "European" plug item as I can use an adapter here in the UK. Received an item completely different to the picture/video on offer but also had a USA plug on it! Complete crap! All I get offered is 15% off my next order!! No chance!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I wish I had found this reviews before I placed my order on September 28,2019. Just received what I ordered just like everyone else says... IT IS JUNK total JUNK. DO NOT BUY. I fell for the curling/ straightening iron and while I was on their website found some other stuff. Soooo dissapointed at myself for not doing my research assumed they were a good company because their website seems pretty nice the layout the videos but no don't fall for it.

Do not buy from Chicvos!! It’s a scam !! The good never arrives!!! The customer service respond to me email with the same message every time saying that the good is in transit !

Pinterest should block them !

I ordered a flat iron from chicvoss ,I’ve been shopping on line for years an have never seen a product shown an it’s completely different when u get it in, the flat iron that shows completely straight hair from there video looks amazing, ordered it tryed it and it’s not strait , at alI, I watched the video about 10 times figuring I missed some thing I didn’t do, then I noticed the flat iron the stylist used is not the one they sent you,I can’t believe some one could deceive people like this, they should be thrown off Pinterest, I have never written a bad review never. There’s will be the first.do not buy ,and I repeat do not buy from this company.the seller of this product knows it doesn’t work like it shows an don’t care An sells it any way is a total loser, I don’t know how he sleeps nights knowing he lied to so many people, But I do believe in karma!

Do not buy anything from them ! They false advertise and then when you get what you thought you ordered it's not what you ordered not even close. Then they have to see if they will approve the refund. But before it gets approved they want you to send it to them in original packaging and not used , you must pay shipping then they will see about the refund.

This company sold me quarter machine worthy junk and has a perfect return like scheme to keep the money...make the price as much as shipping and no one will be able to return the product without spending more money than they did to purchase the item. They sell junk.

HORRIBLE!! SCAM false advertising. It took 4 weeks to receive from somewhere in China. I ordered off of Pinterest. Fake plastic toy was sent. Total scam and waste of money.

Chick Voss is a rip off their videos do not correlate with the product will not ever order from them again

So I was sucked in by their fantastical videos of hair straighteners making ppls hair like silk but....horrible! Took a month to get my order of a “professional steam straightener” and hair treatment, when I finally received my order it was the tiniest cheap plasticity hair straightener I have ever seen with no steam option at all:( the jar of hair treatment was super small too and after being scammed so badly by this company I’m not so sure I should even USE this stuff?Could make your hair fall out or something.Emails to their customer service dept are completely ignored! Bottom line? DO NOT ORDER FROM CHICVOSS,ITS A SCAM!!!

Ordered August 31st, still no package and received email that the package was returned to sender. I don't expect to receive my package or my money back. Don't purchase from Chicvoss, it's a joke and a scam.

Wish I had read the reviews first. NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY unless you want to receive items that are nothing like the advertisement. Hard lesson learned after almost $100 in purchases. I ordered those 'stain-resistent, water-proof' couch covers that you could practically bounce the liquid right off of, according to the marketing videos. Yeah...they were nothing like that. Their return policy is a complete joke. They just string you along throughout the 15 days trying to get you to take a fraction refund and keep the items. ALWAYS READ REVIEWS FIRST. Ugh. Late night shopping fail.

I also saw Chicvoss advertised on Pinterest. I placed a large order based on the images on Pinterest. I received the order after several weeks. My order was NOTHING like the images online. Not only that, the garments I received were made from fabric that is the same poor quality as dollar-store doll clothes or Halloween costumes. I contacted Pinterest immediately and informed them of the fraudulent advertising by Chicvoss. I am now trying to get a refund from Chicvoss. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering.

Wish I had read the reviews first. My outfit came it wasn't anything like the photo on Pinterest, and it was HUGE. It took 4 weeks to get here the return section says to return within 14 days - so get this the email is a non working email, messages won't go through. Everytime I see an item on Pinterest I'm going to make a comment NOT to order. What a rip off. I'll never get my money.

I bought the white embroidered floor length maxi dress, and in the picture, it shows a loose fitting dress that goes all the way to the bottom of the model's feet. I ordered a large, based on the sizing chart. What I got was a child sized dress that I can't even put my head through, and if I could, the dress would come to just below my knees. I'm a bit ticked, but I also can't help but laugh a little at being duped so badly. I sent an email demanding a refund, but I doubt I'll get anything back. Just letting it go...
