Customer service is horrible and they refuse to admit their fraudulent ways. The doormats are flimsy fabric that blows away with a slight wind. By no means is this a doormat in any shape or form. BUYER BEWARE

Still 3 stars. I purchased doormat end of February 2024. It’s now September 2024. All the colors are faded. My dogs eyes turned red. It’s a little scary looking. I had to use carpet tape to adhere to my patio. We never used it as a real doormat…we were scared we’d rip it. More for the cute factor. I’ll be replacing it with a Fall mat.

I ordered what I thought was doormat for door exterior based on photo in their ad which showed doormat on exterior of door. I received a thin and flimsy rug - definitely not suitable for outside. I contacted company regarding this matter me and they told me will do nothing.

The photo gives the impression that it's a thick doormat. While I love the dog faces and names, the mat is very poor quality for my investment of almost $50. I bought it for a gift. Now I'm ashamed to give it. Deceptive advertising. Do not waste your money.

I ordered a a pet tee-shirt for my wife and she loved it. They delivered it fast and I was pleased with my dogs photo on shirt and quality 100 percent.

Rubbish quality, about 4mm thin and so light. This is not a doormat. It would not even survive inside. Yes, adorable idea and print. But designed to look like a doormat online and in real life, we don't know what to do with it. For the price (AU$80) it should be a durable outdoor mat. It would cost $2 at a local store. A sneakily marketed rip-off.

Great product with bright print and cute phrases for all our pets. Mimi loves hers and lays on it all the time looking at her picture. Will be purchasing another for our five new baby kittens as soon as they hold still long enough to take photo!! Love this design idea.

I had purchased a mat with the images of Australian cattle dogs.
When friends moved into to a new house I had to get them a house warming gift with images of their two dogs. A gift for the whole family.

Wonderful experience all around. The choices for the different looks available really made it easier. I had 3 pets added with names for my son. He absolutely loved it as did I. I told several people about this site. Very happy with results.

DON'T buy ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM-like website. I bought their VERY WELL MARKETED and ADORABLE personalized DOORMAT (about $50 after taxes and shipping). What they sent could LOOSELY be called a doormat at the most. It is a VERY THIN sheet with an anti-slip backing; I contacted them to get a resolution to their obvious mis-marketing and their only response was...you should have read the products details page. You can find a similar product at the dollar store; the quality is that flimsy. Shame on them

I expected a door mat that could actually be used. This is extremely thin and not suitable as a door mat. The wind blows it away and the material its made from is far too light weight and not durable.

I am so impressed that the actual pictures were used, not drawings from the pictures. Everyone who has seen it is super impressed - even my mailman.

We think our new door mat is adorable! We have had several compliments on it. We only had 2 disappointments. The first was that the puppy only came in the harlequin color and ours is a merle. But it's close. The second is that it is much thinner than expected. Our porch is somewhat sheltered, so we hope it lasts.

For the price, I would expect it to be thicker and more durable

I loved this mat so much, as did my family. The issue is that the material is extremely light-weighted. We put a rock on the corners of it and it still blew away. I was so upset because it was an awesome mat. They need to have a heavier material so this doesn’t happen to anyone else.
Very disappointed in losing our mat.
