I have come back to this shampoo and conditioner since trialing Charles Worthington Menoplex, which was awful and left my hair static, flyaway, limp and dry. I'm 54, 50% grey and post menopause, with fine long hair bleached at the ends.
Noughty Get Set Grow shampoo and conditioner are the best I have found. Hair is plumped, but not overly, not fluffy, with smoothed baby greys and is well conditioned, especially when used in conjunction with John Frieda's serum and Colour Wow's heat activated leave in product. Love Noughty's Get Set Grow.
So glad I didn't stray too long!

Wanted a natural paraben free shampoo and conditioner. Noughty range showed good reviews.
The shampoo was ok but didnt lather well which most paraben free shampoos dont. The conditioner for dry hair was terrible, used so much of it and then couldnt even comb my hair after id rinsed it, left hair dry and tangled, tried twiced then threw in the bin!

Bought the 1L bottles of the ‘To The Rescue’ shampoo and conditioner from Costco. After using for about a month, I’ve decided I don’t absolutely hate it but also don’t love it.

The smell of the product is quite nice. I saw a ton of comments about the chemical smell but I have had no such experience with this shampoo and conditioner.

The shampoo does not lather the best. If you want it to lather, you need a lot (like 3 full pumps) - so I can anticipate this bottle running out quite quickly. The conditioner is fine but doesn’t leave my hair as silky after rinsing as I’ve experienced with other products in the past. Overall, the in-shower experience is ok.

The main noticeable difference using this shampoo & conditioner is how quickly my hair gets greasy after using. Typically after washing, I don’t need to use any dry shampoo until 2 days after I’ve washed it. After using these products, I’ve been feeling like I need to add a bit of dry shampoo in the next day after! I understand this product is for dry and damaged hair so perhaps it’s not the product my hair actually needs?? Not entirely sure.

Overall, for the Costco value and price, this is okay stuff. I plan to use the products until they’re finished but after running out, I won’t purchase again.

Overall poor customer service and buyer experience. I won't be purchasing any of there products again.

Only been using it for a week and my hair is thinning out horribly with lots just coming out when I comb it. Smells really badly of chemicals and doesn’t lather at all and doesn’t leave my hair feeling clean after. Conditioner is even worse and barely conditions my hair and once it’s washed of my hair doesn’t feel silky like it did with my other shampoo and conditioner.

Absolutely terrible product, says it's natural but hasn't improved my hair at all and has given me break outs on my head which I never gave and boils behind my ears. Tried it on 3 different occasions, to make sure it's this product and currently got nasty spots round my sides of my hair line where this product has been sprayed.

This is the worst shampoo I have ever used. For the price you’d hope there would be something positive to say about it, but sadly not. It doesn’t lather at all, which means you have to use quite a lot to even feel like you have washed your hair. But then afterwards it looks heavy, greasy and dull. Won’t be buying again…

i have been useing noughty for years! i used to use the rescue 1L bottles... the last time i ordered this product the pump was snapped and unusable... they completly ignored my email to them, and tbh im sick to death of the smell of that stuff (almond) so thought id try 'wave hello'
oh my.... it absolutley stinks of chemicals! and it made my hair feel like absolute crap while i was washing my hair i could feel my hair getting heavy with the product and it made my hair feel crap...(even with the conditoner on my hair. its now day after wash day i cant even get a brush through my hair, my hair is usually very soft and managable after wash day... i had a matted birds nest !
so i paid 20.20 for my hair to feel and smell vile. im done with them now. i moved over to only curls...still pricey but it actually makes my curls feel loved.

I have used the Wave Hello shampoo and conditioner and the Hello Curl scrunching jelly. The shampoo and conditioner smell good and make my hair soft and shiny. The scrunching jelly is the first product I have found that helps my curls keep their shape without going frizzy

Very disappointed. I thought shampoo would help my damaged hair. After one wash my hair is completely unimaginable. It’s totally flat and fly-away, has no bounce & is full of electricity.

Purchased a Let’s Bond bundle after reading about this wonder product in a magazine. I was very excited to use it but disappointed with the results. It has a faint smell and the shampoo doesn’t lather very well. The conditioner didn’t detangle my hair enough to run my fingers through it and the leave in treatment left a sticky film on my hair. Not impressed at all for the cost of it.

Tried the wave hello shampoo and conditioner, they work OK but the scent is really chemically and haven't really done anything for my waves. Also says 97% natural ingredients yet is rated poor on Yuka app.

I recently ordered the hair growth shampoo, conditioner and serum. On arrival the lid of the shampoo container was cracked and broken. The tiny bit of plastic that protrudes from the inside of the cap was broken off and wedged inside the hole that shampoo is squeezed out of. It won't budge and neither can I remove the cap which means I can't squeeze the shampoo out to use. This week I have twice emailed customer service requesting a refund for the shampoo. No reply to either email! Disgraceful.

I have found this a great company to deal with - excellent customer service together with ethics I can admire. I got into a bit of a muddle with the ordering on the website, and Rhea sorted it all our for me straight away. My order was delivered today and I know it will be exactly what I wanted, having had some of their products before. The products are very good quality and I am happy to shop with them. Not sure how old the company is, but I wish them well.

I really enjoy these hair products! I don’t usually fall down The facebook rabbit hole when it comes to cosmetology; boots however had Noughty shampoo on offer so I could try before subscribing. Now just call me Alice because I’ve subscribed to the for “TO THE RESCUE” and my bathroom is filled with 70% off shower gels that are great for sensitive skin.

It will take a couple of washes before your hair settles to using natural products with no silicates… stick with it! I wash my long coloured hair once a week with to the rescue and use the conditioner and deep conditioner. I’m as hooked as my noughty hooked shower comb. ❤️

Excellent products, but even more impressive is the customer service. Fast response to email and a real dedication to putting delivery issues right. Can’t fault them.

Excellent products and my thick curly hair is in the best tamed condition it's ever been in. I had a problem with the shampoo recently in that the product wouldn't come out of the bottle and Rhea was so incredibly helpful solving my problem. So not only excellent products but excellent customer service too

Tried many conditioners with some costing £50 plus frizz reducing products and Brazilian straightening. Sadly none worked. Was recommended Naughty products and now use their conditioner and frizz easing product. These are the first things that have ever worked on my dry frizzy hair and would highly recommend
