Received unsealed product Thats spilled because it was opened so must of been a returned product. Contacted them and they were extremely rude. Requested I emailed customer care. This is three days ago not even a response and when I asked for a refund I was told I had to pay to send it back IF they approved the return. I even sent them pictures. Do not ever do business with this company. A scam.
I purchased a product based on the company's listing. The product I received is labeled differently, having a completely different purpose. I have been refused free shipping back; they claiming that it is my preference that I am not satisfied. It is unacceptable to list a product's purpose differently than what the product itself states. I have spent hundreds of dollars with this company over the last few years. I am no longer a customer. The least they could do is review their listings, adjust it to reflect what the actual product recommends and allow free shipping back. Goodbye scammer Lovely Skin!
