Didn’t get what I bought completely false advertising

Bought my daughter a my melody plushy bouquet and a lalabubu for her birthday and she absolutely lived them! Will order again

Really happy with my purchase. Came well packaged. Already looking to make my next purchase here!

Ordered 9 days ago and still haven’t received it. Had notification it had shipped 7 days ago but no tracking details so idea where my order is.

Have received tracking info after getting in touch and asking for it, still do think this is a long time to wait though for an order. I’ve been told it should arrive in a few days, we’ll see I guess.

Arrived 2 weeks after ordering, I was asked to remove this review but I have only stated facts. I didn’t get any tracking info until I asked for it and waited 2 weeks for it to arrive. Website states 8-10 days for worldwide delivery, but I’m in the uk.

Order was cancelled by company due to an issue with the shipping company. No alternative solutions offered. My daughter will now not have her Christmas present despite me ordering on 1st December. Poor service. Avoid.

Really good service. I received my purchase (Labubu doll) within 4 days. The order status wasn't updated online so I didn't know when my purchase would arrive however, I did receive a WhatsApp apologising for this and it explained this was due to illness. Otherwise, a very good experience.

I bought this Hello Kitty plush for my niece, and now she treats it like her roommate. It gets tucked in at night, fed imaginary snacks, and apparently has opinions on which cartoon to watch. Hello Kitty can keep her opinions to herself, I say!

I ordered a labubu have a seat dada from there, and when It came I opened the boxed then I scanned the QR code and it was geniune! So now I ordered two more labubus!

Wow what can I say... from ordering on Tuesday to receiving on Thursday I can't believe how quickly this Labubu arrived. I even WhatsApped on Tuesday to see if I received a reply and within 30 minutes they replied. I'm going to have 1 very happy granddaughter 🥰. Definitely will be using love jojo again. Thanks

I have ordered from LoveJojo twice now….the first time I was a little worried, but everything turned out great! My labubu was packed perfectly, and delivery was on time, communication was excellent, and most importantly my labubu was totally authentic and perfect! I ordered one pre opened and I honestly couldn’t even tell it had been opened! The box was completely intact and the bag was never opened at all which is brilliant because it lets you unbox it and open it yourself, while still guaranteeing the one you want!

The second time I ordered another labubu and opted for the next day delivery option, again, delivery was on time, my labubu was perfectly packaged, and communication was amazing as always! My labubu was completely authentic and perfect! Very happy 😆

I will definitely be ordering from here again very soon!
