The returns website won’t accept my order number. Shocking I can’t return item now!

Overall the browsing experience, product range, and selection/ordering process through the site were positive and relatively seamless with good pricing and timely dispatch of the items. Unfortunately due to a problem with Royal Mail being hacked, the items arrived later than anticipated and it appears the box may have been damaged in transit as some liquid has leaked from the package.

I live in France and didn't notice that it was an England based site. I guess I should have looked more closely, but as it was in French, I thought it was a French site. I had to pay another 47 euros for customs, but Lovehoney reimbursed me immediately. I wish they were clear on their check out that customs may apply. The customer service is stellar. They immediately reached out to me and offered a refund for the customs. The other down-side was that because I had to pay customs, the package arrived with the value indicated on the package - something I didn't want to share. If I lived in Great Britain, I would order from them absolutely. Given the time to receive and hassle of customs, I'll look for a France based company in the future. Giving 3 stars mainly because I think they can be clearer about the shipping at checkout. Otherwise, I'd give them 5 stars for quality of service.

I didn't receive my order that I placed 3 weeks ago. I tried to contact the customer service 5 times they always hang up on me. However the money was already taken off my account 3 weeks ago

Order on 26th of Nov. delivery expected on 2nd of December.
We are the 13th of Dec, and nothing here yet.
Tracking number not working until the 9th of Dec.
We are already 2 weeks after the expected delivery date, and no information coming from the customer service. I will order on Amazon next time.

4 stars just because i had a problem with the shipping, everithing okay, works well, IT HAS BATTERIES! The pacaging was well and discret.

Arrived quickly and as described. I was hesitant because I saw that some people had problems with customs when ordering in France. But it seems the problem is no longer an issue :)
