We are very very disappointed as I had booked 2 holidays this year one for January and another for May on both occasions my mother and father died and I’m still fighting all I wanted was just no refund just reschedule for another time and I have been going through enough and I eventually was rushed to hospital with pains in chest and then to Dublin hospital it was the stress of everything I sent death certificate of both of mum and dad on both occsions and I have booked again for April next year with yous
