I could not get in contact with anyone
I could not get in contact with anyone. I had an issue at the airport and couldn’t contact anyone so I missed my holiday. Really frustrating to be honest

Very pleased with service
This is the second time we've booked with love holidays. Everything went so smoothly last time that we decided to use them again. The app is so easy to use, everything is clearly laid out. There are different options of ways to pay and its great to have that flexibility. Once booked, we were sent a brilliant email with all the details.

Hesitant to switch, but Naomi gave me real peace of mind
After booking with the same holiday company for more than ten years, I was very hesitant to try loveholidays. That changed as soon as I spoke to Naomi on the sales team. She was extremely professional and had a thorough knowledge of the holiday and everything it included. She answered all my questions clearly, took the time to make sure I understood exactly what I was booking, and never made me feel rushed.
