Hotel have no aquapark even no 1 pool …

Hotel have no aquapark even no 1 pool , I booked this hotel as my daughter had 11th birthday and aquapark should be suprise for her and when we arrive we was very dissapoitment 😮‍💨 not happy at all !!! Dont understend how you can lie people with pictures off slides and pool if is nothing there !!!!

I'm sorry to hear that the waterpark was closed upon arrival at the hotel. I'd like to kindly draw your attention to the hotel description that states that the waterpark is seasonal and based on local climatic conditions. Unfortunately we have no control over seasonal openings in resorts as these are solely at the hotel's discretion. I apologise for any disappointed caused, and I hope your daughter was still able to have an enjoyable birthday.

We arrived at the hotel early put our…

We arrived at the hotel early put our bags in a luggage room to hold and went back at 2.30pm to check in as was able to check in from 2pm our room still wasn't ready and we didn't end up in our room until 4.45pm! Was ridiculous.
Staff at the bar were really nice. But we only got out room cleaned once out of the 4 days as everyday we put our sign up then went out came back from 5ish to get ready for the evening and we had the cleaner knocking on our door to clean our room! We spoke to reception and they said we will make sure it's clean tomorrow but it took to the last day it was cleaned not very good service at all.
If you say at the front of the hotel like we did its so noisy constant beeping!
The hotel looks presentable but we wouldn't stay there again

Advert didn’t match reality

Hotel was disappointing as the advertising didn’t match the offer. There was only 1 bar and 1 restaurant. The activities are weekend only. The indoor pool was open at weekends only too.
On the positive, the staff were very good, the food fine and the hotel extremely keen.

Removing someone off my booking

Everything was so easy and straight forward, the prices are good also.
Sam helped me to remove my partner and gave me a new price and sorted it out over the phone, very professional although it took a while. Many thanks.

I have book the holiday and in few min I found same flight and hotel £108 cheaper and I called 3 different time and all the time I was getting different answers so how do I know who’s right and who’s wrong
