I’m really disappointed and I wish I saw these reviews before making my purchase. I ordered hair on 1st October and until today I haven’t received it yet. They communicate very poorly and I have to keep emailing them before they respond. I have bought hair from them before a number of times and it was shipped out fast with good communication so I didn’t think they would do anything different this time. I hope that I eventually get the hair or my money. They even sent me a tracking number on the 10th but it shows they still have the hair and not handed it to the shipping company.

I had no problems with this company. They did sell good quality hair in the perfect colour and shipping that took long but eventually came. However, they must be a scam business now. They had a sale and refused to ship out the hair. They use to respond to queries and now they have vanished. I doubt the company is still operating. They haven’t sent my hair and now they are ignoring us. When will businesses for black people do better.

DO NOT ORDER from this company, they take your money and do not send items or refund you..AVOID !!!!!

I ordered the hair on the 3rd of December, and my hair appointment wasn't until the 14th. Come the 10th I hadn't received the hair or confirmation that it had been shipped, I emailed, to check it had been dispatched. I didn't hear anything, emailed 2 more times and was still ignored, then I sent a text and called and left a voicemail and still was not addressed. It wasn't until I went onto instagram and left a comment and had seen that other customers were also chasing their items that had been ordered at least a week before me. I received a DM saying sorry for the delay can I have your order number to issue the refund, I gave my order number and then received NO refund, or further acknowledgement. I had to buy hair somewhere else as my hair appt was the next day and it was for my 40th birthday celebration. Instead of honouring the refund I received a tracking number for royal mail 2 days later to say the order was dispatched. Why when I had already asked for a refund that they said they would issue. Abysmal communication and all this could have been avoided if they just advised there would be a delay to the order so I could have made a decision on whether to purchase or if they just issued a refund like they said they would. The fact that several customers are going to instagram to complain as they are being ignored, are threatening legal action and the posts that have these comments underneath are being deleted is shocking. I'm truly disappointed with this experience and am going through my bank to get a refund. Would definitely not recommend!

Love Hair sells a good range of human hair and the quality is one of the best I've come across. The packaging is pretty attractive too. I would happily recommend Lovehair Online, unfortunately it took a week for my order to arrive and was astonished at the cost of postage - a whopping £10.00. That, I would expect same day delivery. Love Hair is now an online only shop so I don't see what would warrant such a high delivery cost. Postage was a lot less when they had a shop front.
