I orders 2 things and they sent one then I contacten them but i already threw the package away and they didnt wanna compensate me dont buy from them!

So I’ve done 3 big hauls in total with this guys. First one was perfect, second one got some items lost but they gave us the products for free sending them back. But then, this 3rd time… I received everything in 1 and a half months, kind of normal. But there was to products that for over 2 months me and them didn’t know where they were. Every time same response: “We will look into it”. They said that would give me a full refund which I still didn’t get. Another month later trying to get my product with a not helpful support service I get that I have to pay a redelivery when that said that were gona pay that. I still didn’t get my products. That are not the same any more. Reviews out there are outdated. Do not buy.

On January 26th I ordered three pairs of shoes, and yesterday, February 7th, they had already arrived here in the United Kingdom. I am very satisfied.
