Absolutely perfect photos of my Nan and grandad brought back to colour love it thank you!

So I saw a photo restoration that was done for Dapper on Instagram and thought it looked amazing! It’s my nana and granddad’s wedding anniversary next week and they have no photos in colour of them from that day. I had a look at the Loved Ones Forever website and was pretty sold on the restorations I was seeing and decided to go for it!

Price was very reasonable and I had the finished product within a week (Easter bank holiday that weekend as well!) I am absolutely over the moon with the result - it’s so beautiful and heart warming to see my nana and granddad on their wedding day! The work Benjamin has done is gorgeous and I absolutely love it! I cannot recommend enough! Benjamin is an absolute pleasure and was so sweet as well! Overall, I am beyond pleased with the service and will definitely be sending some more photos to be restored 😁

Amazing restoration of an old photo of my mother in law who sadly passed when my fiance was young. He's only ever seen old low quality photos of her, and the restoration made it look like it was taken yesterday. Im overwhelmed and delighted with the photo and service. Photo received the next day. 5 star from me and will be restoring more soon.

Absolutely brilliant. We had a few hiccups to start with, but no one can be perfect 24/7 the most important thing is that it was all rectified, their customer service is amazing, they genuinely did everything possible to make it perfect for me and the results were perfect 10/10 Can not recommend enough!

Dishonest...Scam!!

I first contacted Ben in May 2021. I then paid him for a photo to be restored in Aug 2021. I paid via Paypal Family and Friends as per his request, because he was apparently between business accounts at that time! More fool me!! After many weeks of no contact from him, he came back claiming that he had problems with his emails and to say he couldn't do my photo but would do a different one for free. Well it wouldn't be for free as I had already paid him!! But being kind, I said that I didn't expect anything for free and that I would send him a different photo to try. He agreed to this and confirmed receipt of my new photos. Again... I waited patiently, not wanting to be rude! Finally, I got tired waiting and receiving no reply so I requested a refund. After being ignored I wrote a comment on his Instagram post stating what was happening. Suddenly Ben was replying to me and apologising!! He also removed my comment. So foolishly I accepted his apology and gave him another chance. But once again, he has not refunded me, nor given me a restored photo. He is no longer answering my private messages but appears to be happy to respond on Trustpilot now where he feels he needs to redeem himself. Unfortunately Ben... I am unable to reply directly to your Trustpilot messages, so I must start a new comment to converse with you. This would never have been the case if you hadn't blocked me from your account.

This man is claiming to raise awareness about mental health yet all he appears to care about is celebrities! Look at his posts... he is tagging as many celebrities as possible, most of whom I expect did not pay him like I did!!!

It is now April 2022 and I have still never received my refund despite having sent my details numerous times. This man does not care for anyones mental health and has caused me so much distress for months with his dishonesty. I notice he is now inviting a lot of people to write good reviews to improve his rating. But I have sent Trustpilot my evidence of his dishonesty and they have verified my review as being true. Avoid this man at all costs. He is a disgrace!!!

UPDATE 18th April 2022: Following my review above, Ben contacted me and has now refunded me. I am pleased that he has done the right thing finally, but based on the months of upset he caused me since first contacting him in May 2021 and the lengths I had to go to to get a refund, I still would not recommend this company and believe that I would never have received a refund had I not made public comments here and on his Instagram which he felt were damaging his reputation.

Ben is defending himself by claiming that he attempted to refund me before but this was still months in to this situation, and only after I had left Instagram reviews. I pointed out an error in his attempt to refund me and Ben ignored me for months until I wrote these Trustpilot reviews. The fact remains that you made me and others (so theres not always just one as you've said below Ben!!) pay via Paypal Friends and Family at the beginning because you knew I had no come back on this. How dare you play the victim!! You treated me and lots of others so unfairly and now you're dealing with the consequences because you were caught out. I informed the readers here that I received my refund, just as I said I would. It doesn't mean I have to recommend this company.

This is a great service . It’s very fast and not expensive and easy to send. It’s better than any app that you will find . If you have any photo that is blurred and you want to see faces and bring any photo to life then this is the best service. Also the team are easy to contact and extremely friendly . I will be using their services again for sure. Really worth it. Thankyou so much

I had a lovely photo of my grandad in his navy uniform it was grainy and very dull. And black and hite.From start to finnish from ordering from the Web site I found the service excellent the picture brought tears to my eyes as it brought grandad back to life.quality was excellent and in colour I would use this company again. Just going to get a frame now.

Absolutely beautiful! Benjamin has restored a photograph to colour for us of my grandparents on their wedding day. We are giving them this as a gift for their 60th wedding anniversary and they will be absolutely over the moon! The turnaround was super quick and the photograph is just stunning. Loved Ones Forever are incredible! They managed to restore an old black & white and slightly distorted photo to a magical crisp and coloured image. This was a gift for my partner, she couldn’t believe what she was seeing - she shed a few tears whilst repeating “wow”…. Highly recommend, thanks guys!

Such a quick turnaround with the photo I sent in. It was such an amazing transformation and the original photo was in such bad condition. To be transformed into colour and missing all the damage was so amazing. I’ll treasure it forever.

What are genuinely wonderful and lovely company.

I contacted Benjamin and the team with an unbelievably last minute request and I was amazed at the rapid turnaround and constant communication from Benjamin updating me on my order. It’s incredibly rare that you come across this level of professionalism and commitment from a company these days. I was moved to tears when I received the photo, which was originally a blurry overexposed print from the 1960s of a good friend’s mum and dad. Her father had unfortunately passed away while I was on my holidays and therefore I was only able to give a tiny amount of notice for the creation of the print. The finished product was just incredible.

If only all companies had this dedication to their service and empathy for their customers.

Had a photo restored by loved ones. Forever it’s honestly brought my family back so much happy memories. I can’t thank them enough. I also ordered a canvas that’s is simply amazing and now hangs in pride of place in my living room.

Had placed an order through web page, it was a extremely sentimental family photo of our grandfather. I was a little worried worried at first as our family would like to keep this photo close to our hearts and not to be shared. When I requested this the loved ones forever team was so professional and made it so clear that only if they keep all sentimental photos personal and would never share outside of the company. Our photo was returned to us within 4 days and we just can’t believe it, we have never seen any photo of him so clear it’s literally like it was just taken yesterday. We are all just blown away. I can not say enough how highly I think of this amazing company. We have since returned to the website to order the photo printed out, this came this morning and again I can’t believe the quality it’s just beyond anything I’ve ever seen before. Great company. My family and I have had a rough couple of years along side a pandemic. I reached out to lovedonesforever and they have been wonderful. The Restoration on my picture is great and the turn around time is incredible. They have been attentive throughout the whole process. Highly recommend.

Brings a very much loved photo back to life , very friendly and efficient service will definitely be using again

After my Mum recently passed away I found a small black and white photograph of her in younger years. After sending to Ben This was returned in natural colour enrapturing her beauty in clarity like on the day it was taken. A truly beautiful memory brought to life to treasure forever.
