The doll arrived on the day I requested, in perfect condition, and so,so much more than I expected..The photos they take at the factory really don't do the dolls justice, in the flesh they are stunning,and the WM170 H Cup doll is genuinely life sized with a super model figure...
Why wouldn't I be pleased?

I've only purchased twice I think so far from Lovedoll UK but even if things aren't in stock you can just contact the owner and he'll gladly do either a (partial) refund or change the order for things that are in stock.

The only thing that could be better is the stock management, it seems the quantity in stock on the website isn't managed real time, but the kindness and willingness to make improvements is why I'm still giving it 5 stars despite this.

So yes, overall I'd definitely recommend Lovedoll UK, speedy deliveries for those who like me reside in The Netherlands.

The service and product was satisfactory. However upon attempting to return the doll it been all of the place and there is a lack of communication between the customer and lovedoll.

Excellent and efficient service at all times. My customised doll was delivered just 23 days after placing my order and I was kept fully imformed of progress at every stage.

If you have a problem with your doll or need to return it unused you will not hear from lovedoll again to sort put the problem. Ive lost count the number of times I've contacted lovedoll to speak with Darren and hes apparently always busy.
They are very happy to take your money but then you are on your own.
Don't not use this company!

Had some issues with communications and the delivery company dropped the ball which caused some confusion and frustration (which I'm told is very rare) but I have to say that once Graham was made aware of my situation he couldn't have been more helpful and once the doll arrived I was blown away with the quality, even better than it appeared in the factory pictures.

Very professional and discreet. Easy to talk to and very helpful.
