I ordered a paint by numbers for a present and never received it. I sent countless emails, contacted them on social media and even found the company director and contacted him. Nothing. In the end I had to go through the bank to see if they could claim back the money the STOLE. Awful company. DO NOT BUY

I'm really hoping someone can HELP!
Ordered 2 lots of custom paint by numbers totalling just over £90.
This was 3rd January 2023.
I paid through clearpay to make the payments more manageable.
I have not only NOT RECEIVED my items, but have had ZERO communication, despite emailing them once a week.
It's made me feel sick that I've had to keep paying Clearpay every 2 weeks for an item not received, whilst not hearing anything from the actual supplier, and Clearpay are doing nothing to get me a refund. I have opened a dispute but this has done nothing.
£90 is a lot of money to me, and I really need it back, I feel so let down and am unsure who to contact?

I ordered a custom diamond painting BEFORE I read the reviews. The company are extremely poor on communications, I didn’t get an email to confirm the order or an order number, I panicked and completed their contact form TWICE Without any replies. BUT I have to say exactly 14 days after I placed the order the diamond painting turned up as the site had promised . It had square drills as apposed to the round I thought i’d Ordered but we can cope with that.
I think if they could communicate more and update the page on their web site that says there’s a problem dated January this year they could be ok.

Still No Refund After 6 Months Of Asking
I ordered 10 days before Christmas some ink pens for a client event which was the first week of Jan. It said on the website they would arrive in time. Sadly they didn't, I followed the procedure to start the returns and since then, I am still waiting for them to respond. I keep emailing, there is no phone number so all you can do is use the one email. I am owed back £345!
Isla from Customer Support was very quick to respond and helpful at the beginning but since I asked for a refund I have had nothing.
I am amazed at the poor quality service, there is so much competition out there any company cannot afford to have bad reviews, it's taken 6 months for me to write this as I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt. Who knows if I will ever get my refund.....

I placed an order on 29th April and my item arrived 3 weeks later. I bought this as a gift and I ended up having to buy something else instead and no longer had a use for the gift. After eventually getting a reply to my email, I did everything that was asked for the returns process. My item arrived back to them on 1st June and it’s now 17th June and I have not received a refund and they are ignoring my emails! This was my first purchase from them and I will never order from here again. Please avoid!!

Absolutely shocking customer service. Placed order on 6th of April it’s not 3rd of May and still no item. Eventually replied to my emails (after I asked Clearpay to step in) to say that they had a serge in orders and they will let me know when my order has been dispatched. Days later still nothing so I sent another email asking them to be more specific as I need to know when I can expect my order. Still no response! The occasion that I needed the gift for has now passed and they have my hard earned money and don’t even have the decency to be honest or the courtesy to respond to their customers. Starting to wonder if the whole thing is a scam. AVOID

Item arrived over a month late after being told 10 days delivery and the item was a 2 part mother/daughter pendant meant to be from my 6 year old little girl who was desperate to get her mum this for Xmas. Only one part was shipped, so we have one half pendent with daughter on it.

Ordered my item on the 21st December for a present and havnt recieved it yet its now the 6th January. I emailed a few days ago and today bit iv had no response. I can't access the tracking details they have sent me. I wouldn't shop with them as no quick response from emails and havnt recieved and it and it's been 15 days.
