Ordered bt broadband but failed to get a promised discount
Ordered bt broadband and was initially happy with this company as the order was progressed promptly. HOWEVER!! A refund of the bt installation cost was promised but two months later am still waitin for this inspite of two follow up requests. Will now have to rasie this matter with the Ombudsman if payment is not received soon
UPDATE
In spite of responding to their request to make direct contact they still have not made payment of the promised refund so will now conduct the Ombudsman for help before resorting to County Court
