Is a scam site
I had 3 months subscription last spring
But after 2 months my profile disappeared...
Placed an order August 20, 2024
recieved an email the ordered had shipped, but never received it.
Please advise.
LoveArts seems ok at first. But the same people are popping up time after time no matter how much you change your criteria. I was a member 8 years ago and now 8 years later and the same people are still popping up as a match for me. People seem not to want to meet up but are happy with a text relationship and some even just want to be rude and unfriendly for the sake of it, I found LoveArts dreadful. Having paid £60 for 3 months subscription I left after 10 days because I couldn’t cope with the abuse.
HORRIBLE customer service. Won’t stand behind their defective product and arguing with me about the defect. BUYER BEWARE! Don’t purchase anything from this company.
Placed an order for 1 set of dies back in Feb. 2024. Kept thinking I'd get a tracking number or an email to tell me when to expect my order. It is March 12 now and it finally arrived. Two die are bent and I have them in my Big Kick machine sandwiched between the plates hoping I'll be able to get them straightened out. Don't understand why it too so long and I'm not real happy about them being bent.
I've just started making cards & have ordered multiple times from InLoveArts. It's basically a gamble- some products are pretty good and some are crap. I post critical on-site reviews that never get posted, so I bet the bad things I've purchased had other non-posted reviews. Which means I can't tell when I order if other people dislike that product.
I never spend much so it's not worth returning but I won't buy from them anymore-
Order wasn’t dispatched for 10 days and only after I complained. When the order arrived there were missing items. Won’t use them again.
Completely fake site, all bots. Creepy staff, very unnerving I'll never understand why they haven't been closedown
The customer service is terrible, extremely rude and unprofessional. the system is too buggy for a paid service. The use of fake accounts making contact with you needs looking into. The overall impression left with is one that these types of site give a extremely bad name to the industry. Plus it's not really a service for minority's such as myself. Highly recommend you avoid at all costs. Not just for your wallet but for your emotional well being. That's just dealing with there staff.
