Fraudulent seller, agreed to make a dress after a picture, they made a different dress, now refuse to refund. Liar, claim to make quality dresses, then they made poor quality ones.

Awful company. Avoid like the plague
I was very excited to receive a wedding dress, however I'm not impressed. The details states it's a zip up dress, it is not. It is a lace up dress. The detailing on the shoulders should be gem stones, it is not. It is sequins and there falling off. Although my exact measurements where sent over it arrived two sizes too big. There are no seemstresses in my area that can fix it in the week I have to my event. There is a dirty mark on the bottom of the dress that I can not remove and there was still some pins in it which I found out after cutting myself on one and getting blood everywhere. I messaged them straight away about my issues and of course they did not reply. Disappointed with the customer service. Over all not happy at all. My event is next week and i still dont have a dress or any money left now. Teaches me right for buying a knock of dress to be honest

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. I've been asking for hours to cancel an order I made 5 hrs ago. They just kept emailing back and forth killing time but not canceling. Now there's been no response and no cancelation email.
* Update *
Igot an email from the company asking about the review. YET still not applying the cancelation. I mentioned if they stopped talking back and forth and completed the cancelation as they said they would I'd update the review.
Now they're telling me to update the review before they issue the cancelation. I'm going to tell you now, this is the most annoying back and forth email thread I've ever dealt with... so now being said ABSOLUTELY DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Difficult customer service.
* update* I received partial refund and would never deal with this company again due to there ignorance when dealing with and presenting customer service
