The price was right, for starters. The necklace (hugging in silver and black) is beautiful, and represents my wife and I (we love to hug and hold each other, and we are 250% always there for each other through thick and thin). I bought it for my wife for Valentine's Day, and am looking foward to seeing her open it.
I had absolutely no issues with the purchasing experience, the shipping/delivery.

I got the Clover Hearts necklace as a gift for my girlfriend, and she absolutely loves it! It is certainly an eye catching piece, and having the option to wear it as a clover or 4 hearts is very unique. We are very happy with the purchasing experience and the Love & Crafted team was very quick to answer any questions I had before placing my order!

Ordered the thick and thin ring for my fiance as a xmas present. My first surprise was that it was being delivered from China, luckily I ordered with enough time to get it before Xmas. Once it got here I noticed how cheap and bendable the ring was but the real kicker was when my fiance wore it her finger turned green confirming that it really is a cheap bit of kit.
If you are looking for a ring I eould go to a high street jewelers as even if you pay a tenner more at least it will last s bit longer and not leave you with green fingers.

Update: after my review love and crafted got back to me and offered to send a sterling silver thick and thin ring plus some extra bits, the new ring seems to be of better quality although haven't tried the necklace they sent. I can't see the silver one on their website yet so don't know if it is one you can normally get. This is a mixed bag for me as while the second ring was of better quality and I would have left a good review if this was the first one sent out I do have to take points off for the fact that I only got it after leaving a bad review and being asked to remove the original review in exchange for it, this makes me dubious of some of the reviews on here and have decided to update this review while leaving the original part so that people can make an informed decision going forward.

The Hug necklace is beautiful and my wife loves it.
BUT it did not arrive in time for Christmas which was disappointing as there was plenty of time for it to be delivered. It is also not mentioned at all that the item will be sent from China! It took nearly a month but it was finally delivered on January 5th 2023.
A great present, but be prepared for a long delay before you receive it.

Communication was great quick and prompt order and delivery with communication throughout. Delivered in a box with packet inside well wrapped all in all great from start to finish my wife loved her finished piece thank you L@C
