I had an issue with a piece of jewelry I purchased from Love&Crafted, they immediately resolved the issue and sent me a replacement. Would definitely recommend buying from them again.

Horrible never again I ordered my wife and daughter the gold hug ring almost 2 weeks ago for Mother’s Day and I paid for quick shipping and I have yet to receive it and have emailed a bunch of times and have yet to hear a response absolutely ridiculous will never order from them again and I advice others to not either

They don’t refund your money. After you place the order the attach a tracking number instant so they can say it left the warehouse. When you are checking the tracking number it only has an estimated delivery date which changes each day to the current day. If you want your money back. Talk to your bank, they can chargeback!

Worst customer service, even worse product quality.
Item was weeks late, only for the silver coating on the ring to rub off in a matter of days.

Easy to navigate through their website and the prices were amazing. Ran into a small issue with shipping and the package didn’t arrive, but I spoke to Aubrey and she instantly got into it and sent another one free of charge which arrived shortly after her email. Excellent communication and product is very nice. My partner was very happy with it and thought it was beautiful.

I ordered two hug rings at two different times. Each time, I received exactly what I ordered and they both arrived at my doorstep very quickly. I am very happy.

I recently purchased the Gold Hug Necklace as a surprise for my wife, and boy was she surprised by the beauty and sentiment of that gift. Not only were we both very impressed by the stunning elegance of the necklace, but we were also very impressed by the professionalism of how Love & Crafted handled the fulfillment of my order. To say the least, I was pleasantly surprised by quick turnaround time between when I ordered and received my product. I just love how the company kept me updated about the status of my order all the way through to its successful delivery. No doubt, I'll continue to order more items from Love & Crafted.

Needed to return items that absolutely looked nothing like the pictures but could never get them to send me where to send the returns! Must have emailed them w forms at least 6 times……still waiting! Do not buy anything from this company .

Absolutely disgusting con merchant company. Bought Necklace 4th of Feb 2024, with extra shipping and promise of receiving before Valentine day. On 15th February emailed them to say I did not receive item, and as it is past deadline asked them to cancel order. They said it will be dispatched soon. I said I no longer need it they said it is already dispatched! It eventually got dispatched on 25th February and arrived 29th February from an address in UK. I contacted them to return item, they send me an address in USA and requested tracked delivery and an email with tracking & postage information. They are not paying for return of the item they send me after I cancelled the order and it is costing me another £12 to post to USA. Why did you send it to me anyway? I was with in my rights to cancel order and get s refund before you post it to me? Now I lose 2 delivery fees doing nothing wrong other than trusting you, and you who are at fault lose nothing! Disgusting customer service disgusting con merchant company, and to top it up the actual necklace looked really tacky and cheap so no reason to keep it at all. Avoid this company at all cost.

Spouse was very impressed with her early birthday present, she loves the hug necklace.

I have purchased a necklace for Valentine's Day for my wife. The item has never arrived. I had to endure the pain and suffering of not giving a gift to my wife on Valentine's day. Moreover, the company refused to refund the money saying that they are not responsible for lost shipping.

Stay away from them. IT IS A SCAM!!

Don't buy from this company still ain't got my necklace I bought on the 8 feb and still waiting and it is now the 23 feb been in contact with them and they have a mix up on the label but now in the 23 it says with airline never again

Awful, absolutely awful. Do not buy from this company. Bought a valentines gift for my fiance. Ordered in plenty of time. Still waiting for it. 60 quid they took off me with no sign of my delivery. Customer service is shoddy to say the least. Just get fobbed off with, your order is being shipped shortly. When I look at tracking info, its waiting courier label, which it has been for the 3 weeks! I will never use this company again. Luckily I bought it using Credit card, so am just about to instruct them to get my money back.
